泸州市城镇老年群体健康适能现状及影响因素

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 目的了解泸州市城镇老年群体健康适能（生理、心理、社会）现状及影响因素。方法 2020年5—9月,采用分层随机和方便抽样法抽取老年人口1 227名进行问卷调查,并对数据进行分析。结果健康适能评定中总体适能得分为（62.35±10.34）分,生理适能得分为（55.43±13.07）分,心理适能得分为（69.49±12.60）分,社会适能得分为（64.40±12.66）分。不同性别、年龄、文化程度、婚姻状况、家庭月收入、个人月收入、职业的老年人健康适能得分比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）;不同抽烟频率、饮酒频率、运动频率、患慢性病数量、健康关注度、与子女见面频率、兴趣爱好、挫商能力、重大创伤事件、人生态度、生活满意度及有无重大生活事件的老年人健康适能得分比较,差异均有统计学意义（均P<0.05）。性别、年龄、收入、文化程度、婚姻状况、职业、抽烟频率、运动频率、患慢性病数量、健康关注度、子女见面频率、兴趣爱好、挫商能力、心理创伤事件、人生态度、生活满意度及重大生活事件均是老年人健康适能状况的影响因素（均P<0.05）。结论泸州市城镇老年人健康适能水平低于全国常模,特别是生理适能方面;老年人健康适能受年龄、收入、文化程度、婚姻状况、慢性病数量、健康关注度、子女见面频率、兴趣爱好、心理创伤事件、生活满意度及重大生活事件等多因素影响。因此,需多维度、多角度关注老年群体健康。

Abstract: Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of health fitness（physiology,psychology and society） of urban elderly population in Luzhou City. Methods From May to September 2020,1 227 elderly people were selected by stratified random and convenient sampling to conduct a questionnaire survey,and the data were analyzed. Results In the health fitness assessment,the overall fitness score was （62.35±10.34）points,the physiological fitness score was （55.43±13.07）points,the psychological fitness score was （69.49±12.60）points,and the social fitness score was （64.40±12.66）points. There were statistically significant differences in the health fitness score among elderly people with different gender,age,education level,marital status,monthly family income,monthly personal income and occupation（all P<0.05）.There were statistically significant differences in the health fitness score among elderly people with different smoking frequency,drinking frequency,exercise frequency,number of chronic diseases,health attention,frequency of meeting with children,interests and hobbies,adversity quotient,major traumatic events,life attitude,life satisfaction,and major life events（all P<0.05）.The gender,age,income,educational level,marital status,occupation,smoking frequency,exercise frequency,number of chronic diseases,health attention,frequency of meeting with children,interests and hobbies,adversity quotient,psychological trauma events,life attitude,life satisfaction and major life events were the influence factors of the elderly health fitness status（all P<0.05）. Conclusions The health fitness level of urban elderly population in Luzhou City is lower than the national norm,especially in physical fitness.The health fitness level of the elderly is affected by age,income,educational level,marital status,number of chronic diseases,health attention,frequency of meeting with children,interests and hobbies,psychological trauma events,life satisfaction and major life events.Therefore,multi-dimensional and multi-angle attention should be paid to the health of the elderly.
