国内外照护者健康素养测评工具的研究现状

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 健康素养在疾病照护者的护理中起着重要作用。由于照护者经常参与健康决策,帮助患者理解信息及促进与医务人员的信息交流,评估照护者的健康素养至关重要。本文围绕照护者健康素养内涵及国内外照护者健康素养测评工具进行综述,旨在为我国临床工作者准确测量照护者健康素养并能做出针对性健康教育,从而提升照护者及照护对象的健康素养水平。

关键词: 照护者健康素养, 测评工具, 研究现状

Abstract: Health literacy plays an important role in the care of disease caregivers. Given that caregivers are frequently involved in health decision-making,assisting in understanding information and promoting information exchange during the clinical period,it is essential to assess the health literacy of caregivers. This paper focuses on the connotation of caregivers' health literacy and the assessment tools of caregivers' health literacy at home and abroad,aiming to accurately measure caregivers' health literacy and make targeted health education for clinical workers in our country,thereby improving the health literacy level of caregivers themselves and caregivers.
