陕西省某商砼站职业病危害现状评价

摘要: 目的 了解陕西省咸阳市某商砼站职业病危害现状,为降低职业病发病率提供参考依据。方法 于2020年9月对陕西省咸阳市某商砼站进行现状评价,采用职业卫生现场调查、检查表法、检测检验法、职业健康检查等方法收集数据和资料,并对数据进行分析。结果 该建设项目存在的主要职业病危害因素为化学因素(其他粉尘、矽尘)和物理因素(噪声)。工人接触粉尘的时间加权平均浓度最大值为 2.2 mg/m3,为料仓上料操作位铲车司机,短时间接触浓度最大值为 4.7 mg/m3,工人接触的8 h 等效声级强度最大值为 85.4 dB(A),均为料仓上料操作位铲车司机铲车操作位。结论 陕西省某商砼站建设项目属于职业病危害严重的一类,铲车司机为本项目的岗位关键控制点。在今后的评价和监管过程中建议为类似商砼站料仓上料操作位铲车司机建立综合档案,以地区为单位统一管理可以加强职业卫生管理的有效性和针对性。

Abstract: Objective To understand the status quo of occupational hazards in a commercial concrete station in Xianyang City of Shaanxi Province,and to provide reference for reducing the incidence of occupational diseases. Methods The status quo of a commercial concrete station in Xianyang City of Shaanxi Province was evaluated in September 2020,and the data were collected by field investigation,inspection list,detection and inspection,and occupational health examination. Results The main occupational hazard factors in the construction project were chemical factors(other dust and silica dust) and physical factors(noise). The maximum time-weighted average concentration of workers' exposure to dust was 2.2 mg/m3,which was the forklift driver at the loading position of the silo. The maximum short-term exposure concentration was 4.7mg/m3,and the maximum 8 h equivalent sound level intensity of workers’ exposure was 85.4 dB(A),which was the forklift driver at the loading position of the silo. Conclusions The construction project of a commercial concrete station in Shaanxi Province belongs to the category of serious occupational hazards,and the forklift driver is the key control point of this project.In the future evaluation and supervision process,it is suggested to establish a comprehensive file for forklift drivers of similar commercial concrete station bin loading operation position,unified management by region,which can strengthen the effectiveness and pertinence of occupational health management.
