四川省6所三级医院儿科护士职业使命感与体面劳动感对工作沉浸的影响

Influence of pediatric nurses' sense of professional mission and sense of decent work on job immersion in six tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province

摘要: 目的 调查四川省三级医院儿科护士体面劳动感、职业使命感及工作沉浸现况,探讨三者间的关系。方法 2022年7—8月,便利抽取四川省6所三级医院321名儿科护士为调查对象,采用一般资料调查问卷、体面劳动感量表、职业使命感量表及工作沉浸量表进行调查,采用AMOS 23.0进行中介效益分析。结果 四川省三级医院儿科护士体面劳动感总分为(54.26±12.98)分,职业使命感总分为(34.17±7.05)分,工作沉浸总分为(101.93±13.91)分。不同年龄、职称、个人月收入及编制的儿科护士体面劳动感得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、个人月收入、文化程度及职称的儿科护士职业使命感得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);不同年龄、职称、文化程度及编制的儿科护士工作沉浸得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。职业使命感及体面劳动感与工作沉浸三者间得分均呈正相关(均P<0.05);职业使命感对体面劳动感和工作沉浸有部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的15.0%。结论 四川省儿科护士工作沉浸得分处于中等水平,职业使命感在体面劳动感与职业使命感间起部分中介作用,提高儿科护士体面劳动感能提升其职业使命感,以进一步促进工作沉浸水平。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current situation of pediatric nurses' sense of decent work,professional mission and work immersion in tertiary hospitals,and explore the relationship between them. Methods From July to August 2022,321 pediatric nurses from 6 tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province were conveniently selected as the survey objects.The general information questionnaire,the sense of decent work scale,the sense of professional mission scale and the work immersion scale were used to investigate,and AMOS 23.0 was used to analyze the intermediary benefits. Results The total score of pediatric nurses' sense of decent work was (54.26±12.98)points,the total score of professional mission was (34.17±7.05)points,and the total score of work immersion was (101.93±13.91)points. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of sense of decent work among pediatric nurses of different ages,professional titles,personal monthly income and staffing(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of pediatric nurses' sense of mission among different ages,personal monthly income,educational level and professional titles(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in job immersion scores of pediatric nurses of different ages,titles,educational levels and staffing(all P<0.05).The scores of professional mission and sense of decent work were positively correlated with job immersion(all P<0.05).Sense of professional mission had a partial mediating effect on sense of decent work and work immersion,and the mediating effect accounted for 15.0% of the total effect. Conclusions The work immersion score of pediatric nurses in Sichuan Province is at the medium level,and the sense of professional mission plays a partial intermediary role between the sense of decent work and the sense of professional mission.Improving the sense of decent work of pediatric nurses can enhance their sense of professional mission,so as to further promote the level of work immersion.
