傣医学人才岗位胜任力模型实证研究

Empirical study on the job competency model of Dai medical talents

摘要: 目的 分析傣医学人才岗位胜任力及专业能力的培养现状,对傣医学才人岗位胜任力模型的构建进行实证分析。方法 2023年1月—2024年5月,基于傣医学岗位胜任力模型对现工作于傣医院或其他医院的傣医学毕业生进行岗位胜任力水平及就业现状的问卷调查,对调查结果进行分析,计算其信效度,进行探索性因子分析和验证性因子分析。结果 共回收傣医学人才岗位胜任力评价指标体系自评表100份,有效问卷99份,有效回收率为99%。总体Cronbach’s α系数为0.981,Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin(KMO)检验值为0.907,巴特利特(Bartlett)球形检验χ2=55 556.031,P<0.01(df=1 128)。探索性因子分析筛选出6个共同因子,特征值分别为9.949、9.775、8.762、3.713、2.227和2.069;方差贡献率分别为20.728%、20.364%、18.254%、7.734%、4.639%和4.310%,累计方差贡献率分别为20.728%、41.092%、59.345%、67.080%、71.719%和76.029%。各指标间的临界比值(critical ratio,CR)>2.580,sx <0.117,各参数之间P<0.01,卡方自由度比(χ2/df)为2.043,近似误差均方根(root-mean-square error of approximation,RMSEA)为0.097,比较拟合指数(comparative fit index,CFI)为0.801,增值拟合指数(incremental fit index,IFI)为0.803,Tucker-Lewis 指数(Tucker-Lewis index,TLI)为0.789。傣医学人才岗位胜任力统计得分中职业道德与素养为(1.400±0.189)分、傣医学知识为(0.764±0.121)分、临床医学知识为(0.246±0.046)分、临床技能为(0.975±0.157)分、公共卫生服务为(0.414±0.068)分、科研能力为(0.207±0.042)分,总体得分为(4.006±0.544)分。结论 前期构建的指标体系具有较好的信效度,傣医学人才岗位胜任力较好,本研究为傣医学人才岗位胜任力提供参考,希望在未来实践工作中不断完善。

Abstract: Objective To analyze the current situation of the cultivation of Dai medical talents' job competency and professional ability,and to empirically analyze the construction of Dai medical talents' job competency model. Methods From January 2023 to May 2024,based on the Dai medicine job competency model,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the job competency level and employment status of Dai medicine graduates who are now working in Dai hospitals or other hospitals,and the results of the survey were analyzed to calculate its credibility and validity,and exploratory factor analysis and validation factor analysis were carried out. Results Totally 100 self-assessment forms of Dai medical talents' job competency evaluation index system were recovered,99 questionnaires were valid,with a recovery validity rate of 99%,the overall Cronbach's α coefficient value was 0.981,the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin(KMO) test value was 0.907,and the Bartlett's spherical test was χ2=55 556.031,P<0.01(df=1 128). The six common factors were screened out by exploratory factor analysis,with eigenvalues of 9.949,9.775,8.762,3.713,2.227,2.069,variance contributions of 20.728%,20.364%,18.254%,7.734%,4.639%,4.310%,respectively,and cumulative variance contributionsof 20.728%,41.092%,59.345%,67.080%,71.719%,76.029%,respectively. The critical ratio(CR) between each indicator was greater than 2.580,SE<0.117,P<0.01 between each parameters,χ2/df of 2.043,root-mean-square error of approximation(RMSEA) was 0.097,comparative fit index(CFI) was 0.801,incremental fit index(IFI) was 0.803,tucker-lewis index(TLI) was 0.789.The professional ethics and literacy score in the job competency of Dai medical talents was(1.400±0.189)points,Dai medical knowledge score was (0.764±0.121)points,clinical medical knowledge score was (0.246±0.046)points,clinical skills score was(0.975±0.157)points,public health service score was (0.414±0.068)points,scientific research ability score was (0.207±0.042)points,and the overall score was (4.006±0.544)points. Conclusion The index system constructed in the previous period has good reliability and validity,and the job competence of Dai medical talents is better. This study provides a reference for the job competence of Dai medical talents,and hopes tocontinuously improve it in future practical work.
