396名临床护士社会惰化现状及影响因素分析

摘要: 目的 调查临床护士社会惰化现状及影响因素。方法 于2023年5月,通过便利抽样,采用一般资料问卷、离职意愿量表与社会惰化量表对无锡市某三级甲等医院396名临床护士进行调查,并对数据进行分析。结果 护士离职意愿得分为(17.34±3.36)分,社会惰化得分为(38.32±8.49)分,平均月收入、夜班、工作满意度及离职意愿均是临床护士社会惰化的独立影响因素(均P<0.05),离职意愿可单独解释社会惰化总变异的16.9%。结论 无锡市某三级甲等医院临床护士社会惰化处于较高水平,相关管理者可以考虑改善夜班工作条件、提高工作待遇与满意度、降低离职意愿水平,从而降低临床护士的社会惰化水平。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current status and influencing factors of social loafing among clinical nurses. Methods In May 2023,a convenience sampling survey was conducted on 396 clinical nurses from a grade-A tertiary hospital in Wuxi using a general information questionnaire,turnover intention scale,and social loafing scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The turnover intention score for nurses was (17.34±3.36)points,and the social loafing score was (38.32±8.49)points. Average monthly income,night shifts,job satisfaction,and turnover intention were all independent influencing factors of social loafing among clinical nurses(all P<0.05),with turnover intention independently explaining 16.9% of the total variation in social loafing. Conclusion The social loafing of clinical nurses in a grade-A tertiary hospital in Wuxi is at a relatively high level. Relevant managers can consider improving night shift working conditions,increasing job compensation and satisfaction,and reducing the level of turnover intention,thereby reducing the social loafing level of clinical nurses.
