电子日记在慢性病自我管理中的应用进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 自我管理是慢性病管理的核心。电子日记作为一种自我管理的辅助工具,在国际上已经有一定的应用,而在国内仍处于起步阶段。本文对国内外电子日记相关文献进行分析,综述电子日记的概念、适用对象及范围,介绍电子日记在慢性病患者生活方式管理、慢性病并发症发生风险管理、疾病症状管理、疾病治疗管理4个方面的应用现状,以期为提高慢性病患者自我管理能力提供参考。

Abstract: ：The self-management is the core of chronic disease management. As a self-management aid,the electronic diary has been applied to some extent in the world,but it is still in its infancy in China. This paper analyzes the relevant literature of electronic diary at home and abroad,summarizes the concept,applicable objects and scope of electronic diary,and introduces the application status of electronic diary in the lifestyle management of chronic disease patients,the risk management of chronic disease complications,the management of disease symptoms and the management of disease treatment,so as to provide reference for improving the self-management ability of chronic disease patients.
