四川省10所三级甲等医院手术室医务人员工作投入现状及影响因素分析

Analysis of the status quo and influencing factors of work engagement of medical staff in operating rooms of 10 grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province

摘要: 目的 调查三级甲等医院手术室医务人员工作投入现状及影响因素,为提升医务人员工作投入水平提供理论依据。方法 采用方便抽样法,于2023年11—12月选取四川省10所三级甲等医院276名手术室医务人员作为研究对象,采用一般资料调查表、恢复体验量表、压力知觉及工作投入量表进行调查,对数据采用单因素分析、相关分析及多元回归分析进行分析。结果 四川省三级甲等医院手术室医务人员工作投入得分为(55.64±12.35)分,压力知觉得分为(39.87±11.76)分,恢复体验得分为(51.68±10.92)分。单因素分析显示,不同性别、婚姻状况、岗位类别、手术室工龄、月均收入、慢性躯体疼痛、睡眠质量及接受心理调适培训的手术室医务人员工作投入得分比较,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。相关分析显示,工作投入得分与恢复体验得分呈正相关(P<0.05),工作投入得分与压力知觉得分呈负相关(P<0.05),恢复体验得分与压力知觉得分呈负相关(P<0.05)。分层回归分析显示,性别、手术室工龄、月均收入、慢性躯体疼痛、睡眠质量、接受心理调适培训及知觉压力和恢复体验均是手术室医务人员工作投入的显著预测因素(均P<0.05)。结论 四川省三级甲等医院手术室医务人员工作投入处于中等偏上水平,压力知觉在恢复体验与工作投入呈显著相关,是其独立影响因素,提高恢复体验、降低压力知觉能提高医务人员工作投入水平。

Abstract: Objective To investigate the current situation and influencing factors of work engagement of medical staff in operating rooms of grade-A tertiary hospitals,and to provide theoretical basis for improving the level of work engagement of medical staff. Methods From November to December 2023,276 operating room medical staff from 10 grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province were selected as the research objects by convenient sampling method. The general information questionnaire,recovery experience scale,stress perception and work engagement scale were used to investigate. Single factor analysis,correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were used to analyze the data. Results The scores for work engagement,stress perception and recovery experience in operating room medical staff of grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province were (55.64±12.35),(39.87±11.76) and (51.68±10.92)points,respectively. Univariate analysis showed that there were statistically significant differences in the scores of work engagement of medical staff in operating rooms with different genders,marital status,job categories,length of service in operating rooms,average monthly income,chronic physical pain,sleep quality,and those who received psychological adjustment training(all P<0.05). Correlation analysis showed that the score of work engagement was positively correlated with the score of recovery experience(P<0.05),negatively correlated with the score of perceived stress(P<0.05),and the score of recovery experience was negatively correlated with the score of perceived stress(P<0.05).Hierarchical regression analysis showed that gender,length of service in operating room,monthly income,chronic somatic pain,sleep quality,received psychological adjustment training,perceived stress and recovery experience were significant predictors for work engagement of medical staff in operating room. Conclusion The work engagement of medical staff in the operating room of grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province is above the middle level. The perceived stress is significantly correlated with work engagement in the recovery experience,which is an independent influencing factor. Improving the recovery experience and reducing the perceived stress can improve the level of work engagement of medical staff.
