Abstract: Objective To analyze the development trends and hotspots in the research field of the impact of occupational driving operations on human health through bibliometric methods and visualization tools, and provide reference for future research. Methods Publications on the theme of impact of occupational driving on human health from 1994 to 2023 were retrieved in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database. Quantitative analysis was conducted and CiteSpace 6.2.R6 software was used to draw a visual knowledge graph of authors, institutions, keywords, and other aspects. Results A total of 249 publications were included. The number of annual publications reached its peak from 2007 to 2008,with loose cooperation among core authors and institutions. Research hotspots included driver's psychological health, occupational stress and health education,etc.Totally168(67.5%) articles were cited at least once and 75(30.1%) articles received funding from funding projects. Conclusion The research field on the health effects of occupational driving operations has broad prospects in strengthening cooperation among research subjects, improving literature influence, and providing funding support in the future.
