SinChERS净化-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法检测蔬菜中32种农药残留

Detection of 32 pesticide residues in vegetables by SinChERS purification ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

摘要:

目的 建立一种一步式、经济、高效、耐用且安全的(single-step,cheap,effective,rugged,safe,SinChERS)净化-超高效液相色谱-串联质谱法同时检测蔬菜中32种农药的方法,为监测齐齐哈尔市地产蔬菜化学污染物及有害因素提供相关技术支持。方法 采集2024年2—9月齐齐哈尔市地产蔬菜,蔬菜样品经乙腈提取和盐析处理,过SinChERS小柱净化后,采用超高效液相色谱法-串联质谱法进行32种农药的同时检测,保留时间、相对离子丰度比定性,外标法定量分析。结果 32种农药在5~200 μg/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系,且相关系数均>0.998,检出限0.003 mg/kg,定量限0.01 mg/kg,平均回收率在74.5%~109.3%之间,相对标准偏差均<10%。186件地产蔬菜中,71件检出农药残留,检出率为38.2%。结论 所建立的方法操作简单、快速、重现性好、准确度高、成本较低,适用于蔬菜农残含量的批量检测。

Abstract:

Objective To establish a single step,cheap,effective,rugged,safe(SinChERS) purification ultra-high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry method for simultaneous detection of 32 pesticides in vegetables,providing relevant technical support for monitoring chemical pollutants and harmful factors in local vegetables in Qiqihar City. Methods Local vegetables in Qiqihar City from February to September 2024 were collected.Vegetable samples were extracted with acetonitrile and subjected to salt precipitation treatment.After purification using a SinChERS column,32 pesticides were simultaneously detected using ultra-high performance liquid chromatography tandem-mass spectrometry.Qualitative analysis was performed based on retention time and relative ion abundance ratio,while quantitative analysis was performed using an external standard method. Results Totally 32 pesticides showed a good linear relationship within the range of 5-200 μg/L,with correlation coefficients all greater than 0.998.The detection limit was 0.003 mg/kg,the quantification limit was 0.01 mg/kg,and the average recovery rate was between 74.5%-109.3%,with relative standard deviations all less than 10%.Among 186 types of local vegetables,71 were found to contain pesticide residues,with a detection rate of 38.2%. Conclusion The established method is easy to operate,fast,has good reproducibility,high accuracy,and low cost,and is suitable for batch detection of vegetable pesticide residue content.
