护士共情疲劳现状及干预的研究进展

摘要：

共情疲劳是助人者长期暴露于共情压力或频繁经历救助对象痛苦所产生的情感耗竭状态，护士作为医疗环境下典型的助人群体，是共情疲劳的高危人群。共情疲劳对护士身心健康、患者安全、护理质量和医疗机构护理人力资源管理都会产生负面影响。本文对护理领域共情疲劳的概念、护士共情疲劳的现状、症状表现与危害进行总结，对护士共情疲劳的干预策略进行系统综述，以期为预防和改善护士的共情疲劳提供参考。

Abstract:

The compassion fatigue is a state of emotional exhaustion that occurs when helpers are exposed to empathetic pressure for a long time or frequently experience the pain of their clients. Nurses，as a typical helper group in the medical environment，are a high-risk group for compassion fatigue. The compassion fatigue can have a negative impact on the physical and mental health of nurses，patient safety，nursing quality，and the management of nursing human resources in medical institution. The article summarizes the concept of compassion fatigue in the nursing field，the current situation，symptom manifestations，and hazards of nurse's compassion fatigue，and provides a systematic review of intervention methods for nurse's compassion fatigue，in order to provide reference for preventing and improving nurse's compassion fatigue.
