中小学生中医药健康文化素养问卷的研制及信效度检验

摘要: 目的 研制中小学生中医药健康文化素养问卷,并检验其信效度。方法 基于“知-信-行”(knowledge-attitude-belief-practice,KABP)理论,2023年12月通过文献回顾、专家咨询及课题组讨论构建问卷条目池,并采用认知性访谈、项目分析、探索性因子分析与信度检验等方法对问卷进行验证与优化。结果 问卷分为中学生问卷与小学生问卷,包括基本信息15~18个条目,知识、态度、行为3个维度共23~25个条目。组织2轮专家咨询,共邀请24名专家,专家权威系数分别为0.900、0.950。项目分析显示各题项有显著鉴别力,与量表总分呈显著相关。问卷信度(Cronbach’s α=0.910)与内容效度(0.875~1.000)表现优良。结论 基于KABP理论的中小学生中医药健康文化素养问卷具有一定的可靠性与科学性,适用于评估中小学生的中医药健康文化素养现状。

Abstract: Objective To develop a questionnaire on health literacy of Chinese medicine for primary and secondary school students,and to test its reliability and validity. Methods Based on the theory of "knowledge-attitude-belief-practice"(KABP),the questionnaire item pool was constructed in December 2023 through literature review,expert consultation and group discussion,and validated and optimized by cognitive interview,item analysis,exploratory factor analysis and reliability test. Results The questionnaires were divided into secondary school students' questionnaire and primary school students' questionnaire,including 15-18 items for basic information and 23-25 items for 3 dimensions of knowledge,attitude and practice. Two rounds of expert consultation were organized and 24 experts were invited,and the expert authority coefficients were 0.900 and 0.950,respectively. Item analysis showed that each item had significant discriminatory power,and the correlation with the total scale score reached a significant level. The questionnaire reliability(Cronbach’s α=0.910) and content validity(I-CVI:0.875-1.000) were excellent. Conclusion The questionnaire based on the theory of KABP has certain reliability and scientific validity,and is suitable for assessing the current status of health literacy of Chinese medicine among primary and secondary school students.
