护士工作控制感的研究进展

摘要: 面对人民群众日益增长的健康与照护需求,我国护理人员仍处于短缺状态。工作负荷高、人际关系紧张、工作满意度和职业认同感低等都可能成为护士离职的原因。工作控制感指个体对自身工作及工作环境所拥有的应对力和控制力。高水平的工作控制感有利于提高护士工作满意度,促进其创新行为,降低工作倦怠和离职率。因此,本文对护士工作控制感的概念、理论基础、评估工具、现状、影响因素、结局变量以及提升策略进行综述,以期为提升护士工作控制感水平提供参考。

Abstract: :Faced with the growing health and care needs of the people,nursing staff in China are still in a shortage state. High workload,tense interpersonal relationships,low job satisfaction and professional identity may all be reasons for nurses to resign. Job control refers to the individual's ability to cope and control their own work and work environment. A high level of job control is beneficial for improving nurses' job satisfaction,promoting their innovative behavior,and reducing job burnout and turnover rates. Therefore,this article reviews the concept,theoretical basis,evaluation tools,current situation,influencing factors,outcome variables,and improvement strategies of nurses' job control,in order to provide reference for improving the level of nurses' job control.
