突发公共卫生事件中医护人员情感耗竭的研究进展

摘要/Abstract

摘要： 本文综述突发公共卫生事件中医护人员情感耗竭流行现况、产生的负面影响和相关的影响因素,旨在明晰突发公共卫生事件中医护人员情感耗竭状况、产生后果的严重性、带来的危害和相关的影响因素,以引起医院管理者和医护人员在突发公共卫生事件救援过程中对情感耗竭状况的重视,帮助克服情感耗竭带来的负性影响。在突发公共卫生事件救援过程当中,更好的维护医护人员的身心健康,增强突发公共卫生事件的救援能力,提高救治效率提供参考依据,更好的保障救援人员的生命健康。

Abstract: This paper reviews the current situation of emotional exhaustion of medical and nursing staff in public health emergencies,its negative effects and related influencing factors,aiming to clarify the emotional exhaustion of medical and nursing staff in public health emergencies,the seriousness of the consequences,the hazards and related influencing factors,so as to attract hospital managers and medical staff to pay attention to emotional exhaustion in the rescue process of public health emergencies,help overcome the negative effects of emotional exhaustion.In the rescue process of public health emergencies,it is necessary to better maintain the physical and mental health of medical staff,enhance the rescue ability of public health emergencies,andprovide reference for improving the rescue efficiency,to better protect the life and health of rescue personnel.
