厦门市6所医院手术室护士职业倦怠现状及影响因素研究

Study on current status and influencing factors of occupational burnout among operating room nurses of six hospitals in Xiamen City

摘要: 目的 了解手术室护士职业倦怠现状,分析其影响因素。方法 采用便利抽样法,于2023年6—11月选取厦门市6所医院209名手术室护士为研究对象,采用一般资料问卷、护士职业倦怠量表、组织承诺量表和自我复原力量表对其进行调查,采用SPSS 28.0软件对职业倦怠现状、影响因素及变量间相关关系进行分析。结果 手术室护士职业倦怠得分为(81.41±19.56)分,组织承诺得分为(71.31±11.16)分,自我复原力得分为(33.84±8.23)分。手术室护士组织承诺、自我复原力与职业倦怠各维度及总分均呈负相关(均P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析结果显示,年龄、工龄、夜班数、婚姻状况、组织承诺和自我复原力是手术室护士职业倦怠的影响因素(均P<0.01),共解释了总变异的67.2%。结论 手术室护理管理者可根据其相关影响因素制定针对性心理改善措施,以减少手术室护士职业倦怠。

Abstract: Objective To understand the current status of occupational burnout among operating room nurses and analyze its influencing factors. Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 209 operating room nurses from six hospitals in Xiamen City between June and November 2023 as study subjects. The investigation was performed by the general information questionnaire,the nurse burnout scale,the organizational commitment scale,and the self-resilience scale. SPSS 28.0 software was used to analyze the current status,influencing factors,and correlations between variables related to occupational burnout. Results A total of 209 valid questionnaires were recovered,with a valid response rate of 89.32%. The score for occupational burnout among operating room nurses was (81.41±19.56)points,the score for organizational commitment was (71.31±11.16)points,and the score for self-resilience was(33.84±8.23)points. There were negative correlations between organizational commitment,self-resilience and each dimension of occupational burnout,as well as the total score(all P<0.01). The multiple linear regression analysis indicated that age,years of experience,number of night shifts,marital status,organizational commitment and self-resilience were influencing factors of occupational burnout among operating room nurses(all P<0.01),explaining 67.2% of the total variance. Conclusion The operating room nursing managers can develop targeted psychological interventions based on relevant influencing factors to reduce occupational burnout among operating room nurses.
