海南省居民双壳贝类中铅和镉的膳食暴露评估

Dietary exposure assessment of lead and cadmium in shellfish among residents in Hainan Province

摘要: 目的 了解海南省食用双壳贝类中铅及镉的污染状况,明确当地双壳贝类中铅镉在膳食中暴露风险。方法 采集2015—2023年海南省12个市县356份双壳贝类样本,测定其铅镉含量,采用单因子污染指数(single factor pollution index,Pi)和内梅罗综合污染指数(nemerow integrated pollution index,P)来进行评价,采用点评估法进行膳食摄入风险评估,依据相应的健康指导值或基准计量评估双壳贝类中铅及镉暴露潜在风险。结果 双壳贝类中铅及镉含量的中位数分别为0.138和0.372 mg/kg,超标率为2.53%(9/356)和22.5%(80/356),其中贝类镉超标率表现为带子(40.0%)>扇贝(39.0%)>牡蛎(33.8%)>泥蚶/芒果贝(13.3%)>海白(10.0%);356份贝类样品中镉有一定程度轻度污染(Pi=0.55),2023年贝类P为0.76,在警戒线范围;评估结果显示每人每月食用贝类铅和镉平均暴露量范围分别为0.26~0.80和1.16~3.57 μg/kg·BW,均低于健康指导值或基准计量。结论 海南省市售双壳贝类虽存在一定程度的铅镉污染情况,但目前居民通过食用贝类摄入铅镉的暴露量处于可接受水平。

Abstract: Objective To understand the pollution status of lead(Pb) and cadmium(Cd) in aquatic products of shellfish in Hainan Province,and to clarify the dietary exposure risk of Pb and Cd in shellfishin local. Methods A total of 356 shellfish products samples from 12 cities and counties in Hainan Province were collected from 2015 to 2023. The content of Pb and Cd were determined and the single factor pollution index(Pi) and nemerow integrated pollution index(Psummary) were used to evaluate the metallic element pollution level. Dietary risk assessment was carry out by point assessment and compared with the health guidance value or benchmark dose to assess the potential health risks of Pb and Cd in shellfish. Results The median concentration of Pb and Cd in shellfish were 0.138 and 0.372 mg/kg,respectively. The exceeding rate of Pb and Cd in shellfish were 2.53%(9/356) and 22.5%(80/356). The exceeding rate of Cd in shellfish was as follows:king scallop(40.0%)>scallop(39.0%)>oyster(33.8%)>tegillarcagranosa/Clam(13.3%)>white clam mactra(10.0%).There was a certain degree of mild cadmium contamination(Pi=0.55) in 356 shellfish samples,and the comprehensive pollution index of two metallic element in shellfish reached warning level(Pshellfish summary=0.76) in 2023. The assessment result showed that the average monthly dietary exposure range of Pb and Cd in shellfish consumed by each person were 0.26-0.80 and 1.16-3.57 μg/kg·BW,respectively,far below the healthy guidance value or benchmark dose. Conclusion There has been a certain degree of Pb and Cd pollution in shellfish in Hainan Province,but the probability of health risk Pb and Cd via dietary intake are at the acceptable level.
