工作场所韧性量表的汉化及信效度检验

The Chinese version and assessment of reliability and validity of the workplace resilience scale

摘要: 目的 翻译、修订工作场所韧性量表,并检验其信效度。方法 基于改良Brislin翻译模型对工作场所韧性量表进行汉化,形成中文版工作场所韧性量表,并通过便利抽样方法于2022年1—3月抽取上海、北京等城市共8所军队医院的317名护理人员进行问卷调查,从而评价量表的信效度。结果 工作场所韧性量表的Cronbach's α系数为0.956,折半信度为0.943;量表各条目内容效度指数(item-level content validity index,I-CVI)为0.8~1.0,全体一致内容效度指数(scale-level content validity index,S-CVI)为 0.92;探索性因子显示,量表KMO(Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin)值为0.964。中文版工作场所韧性量表共19个条目,划分为4个维度,主动解决问题、团队效能、自信构建和拼凑,累积方差贡献率达到77.9%。结论 中文版工作场所韧性量表具有良好的信效度,可作为护理人员评估工作场所韧性的可靠工具。

Abstract: Objective To translate and revise the workplace resilience scale(WRS) into Chinese version,then to assess the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the WRS. Methods The Chinese version of WRS was formed in the light of the modified Brislin translation model. Totally 317 nurses were selected from eight military hospitals in Shanghai,Beijing and other cities by convenient sampling method from January to March 2022,then the reliability and validity were investigated. Results The Cronbach′s α of WRS was 0.956,split reliability was 0.943. Analysis of content validity of the WRS indicated that the item-level content validity index(I-CVI) was 0.8-1.0,and the scale-level content validity index(S-CVI) was 0.92. Exploratory factor analysis found that the Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin(KMO) was 0.964. The Chinese version of WRS consists of 19 items,divided into 4 dimensions: active problem solving,team efficacy,confident sense-making,bricolage,and the cumulative variance contribution rate reached 77.9%. Conclusion The Chinese version of WRS has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a reliable tool to evaluate workplace resilience for nurses.
