护士资质过剩感的研究进展

摘要: 随着护理领域对高质量人才的需求不断提升,越来越多的高学历护理人才开始投身到护理工作中,而过剩的教育经历及经验等会带来较高的资质过剩感,增加护士职业倦怠感及离职意向。我国对于护士资质过剩感的研究尚处于初期阶段,且只对护士资质过剩感的现状进行了研究。本文对护士资质过剩感的概述、前因变量、结局变量以及降低护士资质过剩感的策略进行综述,以期为护理医疗机构和护理管理人员提供参考。

Abstract: With the increasing demand for high-quality talents in the nursing field,more and more highly educated nursing talents have begun to devote themselves to nursing work. However,excess education and experience can lead to a high sense of overqualification,increase the professional burnout and resignation intention of nurses. The research on the perception of nurses' overqualification in China is still in its early stages,and only the current situation of nurses' overqualification has been studied. This paper reviews the overview,antecedent variables and outcome variables of nurses' overqualification,and strategies to reduce nurses' overqualification,so as to provide reference for nursing medical institutions and nursing managers.
