ICU护士自我关怀及人文关怀能力对职业倦怠的影响分析

Analysis of the impact of self-care and humanistic care abilities of ICU nurses on occupational burnout

摘要:

目的 调查重症监护病房(intensive care unit,ICU)护士自我关怀、人文关怀能力及职业倦怠现况,探讨自我关怀和人文关怀能力对职业倦怠的影响,旨在为降低ICU护士职业倦怠提供客观证据。方法 2024年11—12月采用随机抽样法,抽取乌鲁木齐市6家综合性医院182名ICU护士作为调查对象,对护士自我关怀、人文关怀能力及职业倦怠状况进行调查,分析ICU护士自我关怀、人文关怀能力及职业倦怠的相关性。结果 ICU护士自我关怀得分为(84.69±18.54)分,人文关怀能力得分为(188.86±18.64)分,职业倦怠得分为(63.72±12.36)分;年龄、职称、工作年限、平均月收入和每月夜班频次均是ICU护士自我关怀及人文关怀能力的影响因素(均P<0.05),年龄、职称、工作年限、平均月收入、每月夜班频次和婚姻状况均是ICU护士职业倦怠的影响因素(均P<0.05)。ICU护士自我关怀与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.589,P<0.01),人文关怀能力与职业倦怠呈负相关(r=-0.492,P<0.01),自我关怀与人文关怀能力呈正相关(r=0.446,P<0.01);自我关怀和人文关怀能力可联合解释ICU护士职业倦怠38.50%的变异。结论 ICU护士自我关怀和人文关怀能力对职业倦怠具有负向影响,提高其自我关怀和人文关怀能力对降低职业倦怠水平具有重要意义。

Abstract:

Objective To understand the self-care,humanistic care abilities,and occupational burnout status of intensive care unit(ICU) nurses,and explore the impact of self-care and humanistic care abilities on occupational burnout,in order to provide reference for reducing occupational burnout among ICU nurses. Methods From November to December 2024,a convenience sampling method was used to select 182 ICU nurses from 6 comprehensive hospitals in Urumqi as the survey subjects. The nurse self-care,humanistic care ability,and occupational burnout status of nurses were investigated,and the correlation between self-care,humanistic care ability,and occupational burnout of ICU nurses was analyzed. Results The self-care score of ICU nurses was(84.69±18.54)points,the humanistic care ability score was (188.86±18.64)points,and the occupational burnout score was (63.72±12.36)points. Age,professional title,years of service,average monthly income,and monthly frequency of night shifts were factors influencing ICU nurses' self-care and humanistic care abilities(all P<0.05). Age,professional title,years of service,average monthly income,monthly frequency of night shifts,and marital status were factors influencing ICU nurses' occupational burnout(all P<0.05). There was a negative correlation between self-care and occupational burnout among ICU nurses(r=-0.589,P<0.01),a negative correlation between humanistic care ability and occupational burnout(r=-0.492,P<0.01),and a positive correlation between self-care and humanistic care ability(r=0.446,P<0.01). The combination of self-care and humanistic care abilities could explain 38.50% of the variation in occupational burnout among ICU nurses. Conclusion The self-care and humanistic care abilities of ICU nurses have a negative impact on occupational burnout,and improving their self-care and humanistic care abilities is of great significance in reducing the level of occupational burnout.
