    Investigation on occupational stress status among production workers in a chemical drug preparation manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing

    Objective To analysis the current situation of occupational stress among production workers in a chemical drug preparation manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing,so as to provide reference for improving occupational stress intervention work in the enterprise. Methods A survey was conducted on all production workers who participated in occupational health examinations during their employment in a chemical drug manufacturing enterprise in Chongqing in 2023. The occupational stress inventory-revised edition(OSI-R) was used to conduct an online questionnaire survey,and the survey data were analyzed. Results The scores of occupational task questionnaire and personal stress response questionnaire for 224 production workers included in the survey were (133.72±23.69) and (79.32±19.24)points,respectively,which were significantly lower than the norm group in southwest China(both P<0.01). The score of the personal adaptability questionnaire for production workers was (130.58±18.25) points,with no statistically significant difference compared to the norm(P>0.05),but the scores for social support and rational handling dimensions were lower than the norm(both P<0.05). The incidence rates of moderate or above occupational task stress,moderate or above stress response,and moderate or above lack of adaptability among production workers were 1.79%,7.14% and 12.95%,respectively. The occupational task stress questionnaire scores of male workers were higher than female workers,and the personal stress response questionnaire scores of workers unmarried and owning bachelor degree or above were respectively higher than workers married and owning college degree or below,and the differences were all statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion The overall situation of occupational stress among production workers in a chemical drug preparation manufacturing enterprise is at a good level. Occupational stress intervention should focus on male,unmarried and highly educated workers. By strengthening social support and providing workers with resources,guidance and assistance to improve workers' ability of controlling own emotion and coping with occupational stress.

    Objective To analyze the plane layout of 131I radionuclide treatment workplace in a hospital in Zhanjiang and the problems existing in the shielding facilities during the construction of the project in 2023,and put forward the rectification scheme and validate the shielding protection effect. Methods According to the relevant laws,regulations and standards of the state,the consistency of the layout of the workplace in different construction stages was analyzed,and the ambient dose equivalent rate and radioactive contamination level of the workplace were measured. Results It was suggested that the plane layout should be re-evaluated and ensure that the plan layout was basically reasonable because of the change of functional housing in the stage of control effect evaluation. The dose equivalent rate around the focus in the control area was from background to 57.11 μSv/h in the workplace,and from background to 0.26 μSv/h on the outside surface of the distribution cabinet,and from background to 6.60 μSv/h at the boundary between the control area and the monitoring area. There were 4 gamma radiation leaks in the shield,which were outside the door of the in vivo residual test room(57.11 μSv/h),the entrance of the hospital(6.60 μSv/h),the north door of the treatment room(5.02 μSv/h) and the south door of the treatment room(4.92 μSv/h).After field verification and rectification,the radiation level of the workplace could meet the relevant requirements of national standards,and the shielding effect was good. Conclusion Medical institutions should attach great importance to the construction of nuclear medicine projects,strictly follow the pre-evaluation design plan for the construction and construction of the projects,and pay attention to the supervision of shielding construction quality,control radioactive contamination from the source,and minimize the occurrence of potential exposure.
    Mediating effect of self-efficacy among telecommunications industry employees between perceived stress and job burnout

    Objective To investigate the influence of perceived stress on job burnout among telecommunications employees and the role of self-efficacy and job nature in the relationship between the two. Methods From July to August 2023,a survey was conducted on 34 816 telecommunications industry employees in some provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions using the stress perception scale,general perceived self-efficacy scale,and Maslach burnout inventory,and the data were analyzed. Results The perceived stress score of telecommunications industry employees was (38.22±8.21)points,job burnout score was (34.64±15.37)points,and self-efficacy score was (26.66±7.31)points. Perceived stress scores were positively correlated with job burnout scores among telecommunications employees(r=0.732,P<0.01),while self-efficacy scores were negatively correlated with perceived stress scores and job burnout scores(r=-0.407,-0.419,both P<0.01). Self-efficacy played a partial mediating role in the impact of perceived stress on job burnout,with the mediating effect accounting for 8.206% of the total effect value,and job nature played a moderating role between self-efficacy and job burnout(β=0.029,P<0.01). Conclusion Perceived stress not only directly and positively predicts job burnout among employees in the telecommunications industry,but also has an impact on them through the mediating effect of self-efficacy,which is moderated by the job nature.
    Analysis on detection results of volatile organic compounds in the air of some employers' workplaces in Chongqing in 2023

    Objective To understand the concentration and hazards of eight volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in the air of employer's workplace using organic solvents in a certain district of Chongqing,and to provide scientific evidence for employers to carry out the prevention and treatment of occupational diseases. Methods According to the requirements of relevant national standards,air samples were taken from 18 workplaces of employers in Chongqing,the benzene,toluene,xylene,ethylbenzene,chloroform,trichloroethylene,1,2-dichloroethane and n-hexane were detected by solvent desorption-gas chromatography,and the detection results were analyzed. Results There were a total of 51 positions with a VOCs over-standard rate of 29.41%. Out of 255 samples,the VOCs detection rate was 67.84%. The hazardous factors that exceed the standard included benzene,xylene and 1,2-dichloroethane,with over-standard rate of 9.80%,7.84%,and 21.57%,respectively. The over-standard rate and over-standard multiple of 1,2-dichloroethane were the highest,exceeding the limit by 34.87 times. The exceedance positions were all distributed in small enterprises. Conclusion The hazards of benzene,xylene and 1,2-dichloroethane were serious in workplace of employers in a certain district of Chongqing. Employers should take targeted protective measures according to the excessive situation of VOCs to control the concentration of VOCs in the air in the workplace and protect the health of workers.
    Determination of eugenol in aquatic products by ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry

    Objective To establish a method for detecting residual eugenolin aquatic products using ultra high performance liquid chromatography quadrupole mass spectrometry. Methods Fish and shrimp meat samples were ultrasonically extracted with acetonitrile at room temperature,purified by HLB solid-phase extraction column,enriched concentrated by nitrogen flushing,and then diluted with 25% methanol aqueous solution and centrifuged through a membrane. Gradient elution was performed using methanol-0.01% ammonia solution as the mobile phase,and separated by Kromasil Eternity XT-2.5-PhenylHexy(2.1 mm×100 mm,1.7 μm) chromatographic column. The detection was performed in multiple reaction monitoring(MRM) mode with negative electrospray ionization and quantified by internal standard method. Results The linear relationship of eugenol was good within the range of 2.0-200 μg/L(r≥0.999). The detection limit of the method was 1.0 μg/kg,and the quantification limit was 2.5 μg/kg. The average recoveries(n=6) at low,medium,and high spiked levels(2.5,7.5,and 100 μg/kg) was between 98.0% and 107.0%,and the precision(n=6) was between 1.70% and 7.07%. Using this method,30 fish and shrimp samples were tested with a detection rate of 40%. The detection rate in fish products was 75%,and the detection rate in shrimp products was 0. Conclusion The established method is simple and fast to operate,and the quantitative results are accurate and reliable,which can achieve the detection of eugenol in aquatic products in a short period of time.

    Objective To analyze the effects of curcumin on the proliferation,secretion,transdifferentiation ability,and activation ofprotein kinase B(AKT)/glycogen synthase kinase-3β(GSK-3β)/β-catenin pathway in endometrial epithelial cells(EECs) induced by angiotensinⅡ(Ang Ⅱ),and exploring the protective mechanism of curcumin on endometrial fibrosis. Methods Primary human EECs were separated and identified,and were divided into four groups based on different treatment methods:normal group,curcumin group,AngⅡgroup,and curcumin treatment group.Normal group:conventional incubation solution,curcumin group:incubation solution containing curcumin(30 μmol/L),AngⅡ group:incubation solution containing AngⅡ(10-6 mol/L),curcumin treatment group:incubation solution containing AngⅡ(10-6 mol/L) and curcumin(30 μmol/L),each group was treated for 48 hours.The proliferation status of each group of cells was compared,and the secretion levels of type I and Ⅲ collagen in the cell culture medium were analyzed. Western blot was used to detect the protein expression level such as cell differentiation marker molecules E-cadherin and alpha smooth muscle actin(α-SMA),AKT/GSK-3β/β-Catenin pathway molecules phosphorylated protein kinase B(p-AKT),phosphorylated glycogen synthase kinase-3β(p-GSK-3β) and β-catenin. Results There were no statistically significant differences in cell proliferation,secretion of typeⅠand Ⅲ collagen in the incubation solution,expression levels of transdifferentiation molecules,and AKT/GSK-3β/β-catenin pathway molecules between the DHA group and the normal group(all P>0.05).Compared with the normal group,the AngⅡgroup showed an increase in cell number(0.122±0.002),secretion of type I collagen(0.538±0.093) and typeⅢcollagen(0.492±0.097),as well as an increase in the expression level of transdifferen tiation marker molecules a-SMA(0.492±0.031),AKT/GSK-3β/β-catenin pathway molecules p-AKT(1.119±0.064),p-GSK-3β(0.904±0.057),and β-catenin(0.121±0.002)(all P<0.05),while the expression level of E-Cad(0.349±0.021) decreased(P<0.05).Compared with the AngⅡ group,the curcumin treatment group showed a decrease in cell number(0.118±0.001),a decreased in secretion of type I collagen(0.348±0.063) and typeⅢcollagen(0.306±0.063),a decrease in the expression level of transdifferentiationmarker molecules a-SMA(0.221±0.015),AKT/GSK-3β/β-catenin pathway molecules p-AKT(0.705±0.052),p-GSK-3β(0.563±0.029),and β-catenin(1.106±0.070)(all P<0.05),while the expression level of E-Cad(0.661±0.024) increased(P<0.05). Conclusion Curcumin can regulate AKT/GSK-3β/β-catenin pathway and inhibit EECs proliferation,secretion,and transdifferentiation induced by AngⅡ.
    Determination of 8 aryloxyphenoxypropionate herbicides in bean products by QuEChERS coupled with HPLC-MS/MS

    Objective To establish a QuEChERS coupled with high performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(HPLC-MS/MS) method for determination of 8 aryloxyphenoxypropionate herbicides in bean products. Methods The samples were extracted with acetonitrile,purified with N-primary secondary amine(PSA) and anhydrous MgSO4,separated with a Poroshell 120 EC-C18 column,and detected with an alternate positive/negative ion electro spray ionization(ESI) mode under multiple reaction monitoring. External standard calibration curves were used for quantitative analysis. Results A good linear relationship between quizalofop-ethyl and propaquizafo in the range of 0.50-200.00 ng/mL,and the other six aryloxyphenoxypropionate herbicides in the range of 0.20-200.00 ng/mL,with a correlation coefficient of ≥0.999,limits of detectionof 0.01-1.26 μg/kg,and limits of quantification of 0.03-4.20 μg/kg. The average recoveries were 70.52%-100.03% with relative standard deviations(RSD) of 0.76%-9.28% at the spiked levels of 5,10,50 μg/kg. Conclusion The established method is simple,quick and sensitive,and accurate in both qualitative and quantitative analysis. It is suitable for the detection of 8 types of aryloxyphenoxypropionate herbicides in bean products.
    Pollution characteristics and risk assessment of PAEs in shrimp aquatic products sold in Tianjin

    Objective To investigate the levels of seven phthalate esters(PAEs) in crayfish and sea shrimp sold in Tianjin,and to conduct pollution characteristics and health risk assessment. Methods From April to July 2023,a total of 96 samples of sea shrimp and 96 samples of crayfish were collected in the circulation links of 16 districts under the jurisdiction of Tianjin. The content of PAEs in the samples was determined using ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(UPLC-MS/MS),and the data were analyzed. Results Totally 7 kinds of PAEs were detected in crayfish,and the concentration ranged from 0.001 to 11.4 mg/kg. The detection rate of DEHP was the highest(49.0%),and the overall detection rate of PAEs was 75.0%. Four types of PAEs,including diethyl phthalate(DEP),dibutyl phthalate(DBP),diisobutyl phthalate(DIBP),and DEHP,were detected in sea shrimp at concentrations ranging from 0.001 to 2.67 mg/kg. The detection rate of DEHP was the highest(30.2%),and the overall detection rate of PAEs was 34.4%. The content and species of PAEs in crayfish were significantly higher than those in sea shrimp. The health risk assessment calculated that the hazard quotients(HQ) values of monomer PAEs in two types of aquatic products were both <1,and the carcinogenic risk(R) values were both <1×10-6. Conclusion The pollution of PAEs in crayfish and sea shrimp sold in Tianjin should be paid attention to,and their health risks are within an acceptable range. Overall,the situation is safe.
    Effects of emotional labor and humanized nursing ability on psychological nursing ability of nurses in 14 hospitals in Sichuan and Chongqing area

    Objective To investigate the current status of nurses' psychological nursing ability and analyze the influence of emotional labor and humanized nursing ability on their psychological nursing ability. Methods From March to September 2023,a total of 705 nurses from three tertiary hospitals,five secondary hospitals,five primary hospitals in Sichuan Province and one tertiary hospital in Chongqing Municipality were selected by convenience sampling method as the survey objects. The general information questionnaire,clinical nurses psychological nursing knowledge,attitudes and practice questionnaire,emotional labor scale and humanized nursing ability scale were used to investigate and the data were analyzed. Results The MP25,P75) of the nurses' psychological nursing ability score was 141.00(126.00,164.00)points,emotional labor and humanized nursing ability of nurses were 64.00(57.50,66.00) and 67.00(60.00,76.00)points,respectively. The scores of psychological nursing ability of nurses with different educational background,levels of hospitals and whether to participate in psychological nursing related training showed statistically significant differences(all P<0.05). The score of nurses’ psychological nursing ability was positively correlated with the scores of emotional labor and humanized nursing ability(r=0.524,0.528,both P<0.01). Emotional labor and humanized nursing ability had an impact on nurses' psychological nursing ability,which could jointly explain 36% of the variation in nurses' psychological nursing ability. Conclusion The emotional labor and humanized nursing ability of nurses have significant effects on psychological nursing ability,and improving emotional labor level and humanized nursing ability is helpful to improve their psychological nursing ability.
    Correlation analysis between circadian type and sleep-related worry among female shift nurses in Beijing

    Objective To investigate the current status of circadian types and sleep-related worry among female shift nurses in Beijing,and analyze the correlation between circadian types and sleep-related worry of female shift nurses. Methods From January to March 2024,a survey was conducted on 370 female shift nurses from three tertiary hospitals in Beijing by a general information questionnaire,circadian type inventory-11(CTI-11),and anxiety and preoccupation about sleep questionnaire(APSQ),and the data were analyzed. Results Among 370 female shift nurses,the total score of flexibility/rigidity(FR) was (11.56±3.80)points,the total score of lethargy/vitality(LV) was (18.86±4.94)points,and the total score of APSQ was (36.19±4.80)points. Correlation analysis showed that the FR of female shift nurses was negatively correlated with APSQ(r=-0.476,P<0.05),LV was positively correlated with APSQ(r=0.486,P<0.05). Regression analysis showed that LV,FR,perceived work pressure,work family conflict,job satisfaction,and daily sleep time were the main influencing factors of APSQ among female shift nurses(all P<0.05). Conclusion Female shift nurses in Beijing have poor flexibility and low vitality in their circadian rhythm,and their sleep-related worry is not optimistic,and circadian types is closely related to sleep-related worry.

    Objective To explore the mediating effect of emotional exhaustion between work-family conflict and role overload among senior nurses in Beijing. Methods From November 2023 to February 2024,clinical nurses with ≥10 years of experience from five tertiary hospitals in Beijing were selected by convenience sampling method. General information questionnaire,work-family conflict scale,emotional exhaustion scale and role overload scale were used for questionnaire survey,and the data were analyzed. Results A total of 438 questionnaires were collected,among which 410 were valid,with an effective rate of 93.6%. The emotional exhaustion score of the survey subjects was (22.85±6.34)points,the score of work-family conflict was (61.78±13.35) points,and the role overload score was (10.25±2.54)points. Emotional exhaustion was positively correlated with work-family conflict and role overload among senior nurses in Beijing(r=0.465,0.475,both P<0.01),and work-family conflict was positively correlated with role overload(r=0.602,P<0.01). Emotional exhaustion played a mediating role between work-family conflict and role overload,and the mediating effect value was 0.174,accounting for 26.4% of the total effect. Conclusion Senior nurses in 5 tertiary hospitals in Beijing have different levels of emotional exhaustion,which have positive effects on work-family conflict and role overload,and emotional exhaustion play a partial mediating role between work-family conflict and role overload.

    Objective To investigate the current situation of on-the-job clinical nurses' professional accomplishment in a county primary hospital in Jiangsu Province,and analyze the correlation between caring ability and professional accomplishment. Methods A total of 286 in-service clinical nurses from 5 primary hospitals in a county of Jiangsu Province were selected by convenience sampling method to conduct a questionnaire survey from January to February 2023. The main investigation tools include general information questionnaire,nurse professional quality evaluation system,nurse caring ability scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The total score of professional quality for 286 nurses was (80.39±14.39)points,and the total score of caring ability was (193.41±23.86)points. The total score of professional quality and scores of all dimensions were significantly positively correlated with the total score of caring ability and scores of all dimensions(all P<0.01). Education level,working years,whether they love nursing work,whether they have participated in professional quality lectures and training,whether they have participated in nursing care lectures and training,and nurses' caring ability entered the regression equation(all P<0.05),which explained 47.0% of the total variation of nurses' professional quality. Conclusion The professional quality of nurses in a county of Jiangsu Province is good,but the level of caring ability is low. Among them,education level,working years,whether they love nursing work,whether they have participated in professional quality lectures and training,whether they have participated in nursing care lectures and training,and the total score of nurses' caring ability are the main factors affecting professional quality. Nursing managers should fully understand the personal characteristics of nurses,adopt scientific management methods,improve the overall professional quality of grass-roots nurses,pay attention to the cultivation of nurses' caring ability,and promote the high-quality development of nursing work.

    Objective To investigate the current status of resilience among practice nurses in Mianyang City and to explore its related factors,in order to provide data reference for the development of management policies for practicing nurses. Methods From June to December 2023,convenience sampling method was used to select 178 practice nurses from two hospitals in Mianyang City as the survey subjects. General information form,medical staff resilience scale,psychological capital scale,and simple coping style scale were used to conduct a current situation survey,and the data were analyzed. Results The resilience score of 178 practice nurses in Mianyang City was (66.58±9.99)points,the decision-making coping dimension score was (20.61±4.96)points,the interpersonal connection dimension score was (15.83±3.08)points,the rational thinking dimension score was (15.96±3.45)points,and the flexible self-adaptation dimension score was (15.17±3.20)points.There were statistically significant differences between the resilience scores among practice nurses of different ages,educational levels,whether they had served as student leaders during their school years,and whether they had received relevant psychological training during their school or internship phases(all P<0.05). There was a correlation between the resilience of practice nurses and their psychological capital,coping styles,and various dimensions(all P<0.05).The educational qualifications,levels of psychological capital and whether or not they had received relevant psychological training in the school or practicum stage were factors that affect the resilience score of practice nurses(R2=0.358,adjusted R2=0.332,F=13.570,P<0.01). Conclusion The resilience level of practice nurses in Mianyang City may be related to their education,whether they have received relevant psychological training,and the level of psychological capital. In the future,school or hospital administrators can provide relevant psychological training for practice nurses in order to promote their resilience level,which will contribute to the individual career development of practice nurses and the stable development of the nursing team.

    Objective To explore the relationship between perceived organizational support,compassion fatigue and caring behavior among outpatient nurses,and to analyze the mediating effect of compassion fatigue on perceived organizational support and caring behavior in nurses. Methods Convenience sampling was used to select 425 outpatient nurses from 7 grade-A tertiary hospitals in Xi'an as the research subjects. General information questionnaire,caring behavior scale,perceived organizational support scale,and compassion fatigue brief scale were used for investigation,and the data were analyzed. Results The total scores of caring behavior,perceived organizational support and compassion fatigue[MP25,P75)] of outpatient nurses were 119.00(107.00,136.00),46.00(40.00,52.00) and 43.00(24.00,51.00)points. Outpatient nurses' compassion fatigue was negatively correlated with caring behavior and perceived organizational support(rs=-0.650,-0.540,both P<0.01),while perceived organizational support was positively correlated with caring behavior(rs=0.468,P<0.01).The mediating effect of compassion fatigue on nurses' perceived organizational support and caring behavior was 0.244,accounting for 65.42% of the total effect. Conclusion The levels of caring behavior,perceived organizational support and compassion fatigue of outpatient nurses need to be improved. Nursing managers should pay attention to the influence of perceived organizational support and compassion fatigue on the caring behavior of outpatient nurses,and provide adequate organizational support resources to alleviate the compassion fatigue of nurses,reduce the loss of psychological resources,and promote the better implementation of caring behavior by outpatient nurses.

    Objective To analyze the prevalence and related risk factors of metabolism-related fatty liver disease among oil workers,and to provide a basis for the prevention and control of metabolism-related fatty liver disease among oil workers. Methods Employees of Xinjiang Oilfield Company who underwent annual health examination at Jewel Flower Hospital in Changji Prefecture from June to December 2023 were selected as the survey subjects for questionnaire survey and health examination.The risk factors for metabolism-related fatty liver disease were analyzed using χ2 test and logistic regression. Results A total of 1 252 subjects were included in the study,including 884 males and 368 females,and the prevalence of metabolism-related fatty liver disease was 37.62%. The results of multifactorial logistic regression analysis showed that males(OR=0.314),length of service(10-<20 a:OR=2.378,20-<30 a,OR=3.944,≥30 a,OR=3.670),high temperature exposure(OR=1.931),physical exercise(OR=1.605),labor intensity(IV labor intensity OR=4.924),alcohol consumption(current alcohol consumption:OR=1.475),alanine aminotransferase abnormality(OR=2.683),high-density lipoprotein abnormality(OR=2.871),low-density lipoprotein abnormality(OR=1.319),hemoglobin abnormality(OR=1.445),and uric acid abnormality(OR=1.804) were all influencing factors of metabolism-related fatty liver disease(all P<0.05). Conclusion The prevalence of metabolic fatty liver disease among oil workers was high,and factors such as gender,length of service,exposure to high temperature,physical exercise,work intensity,alcohol consumption,alanine aminotransferase abnormality,high-density lipoprotein abnormality,low-density lipoprotein abnormality,hemoglobin abnormality,and uric acid abnormality were all influencing factors.Relevant departments should strengthen the health management ofmetabolism-related fatty liver disease.

    Objective To analyze the mortality level and disease burden trend of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) in Dandong from 2011 to 2021. Methods The monitoring data on COPD mortality in Dandong were used to calculate the trends of index such as crude mortality,standardized mortality,premature death probability,years of life lost(YLL),and average years of life lost(AYLL). The Chi-squared test was used to compare the rates and JoinPoint 4.9.1 software was used to analyze the annual percent of change(APC). Results From 2011 to 2021,the crude mortality rate of COPD in Dandong was 20.25/100 000,the standardized mortality rate was 16.79/100 000,the premature death probability was 0.25%,the YLL rate was 100.87/100 000,the standardized YLL rate was 83.72/100 000,the AYLL rate was 4.98 years per person,and the standardized AYLL was 4.99 years per person. The standardized mortality rate of COPD showed a decreasing trend(APC=-6.18%,P<0.01). The probability of premature death showed a decreasing trend(APC=-7.94%,P<0.01). The standardized mortality rate and probability of premature death in males were higher than those in females,with statistically significant differences(both P<0.05). The standardized YLL rate decreased from 83.72/100 000 in 2011 to 47.74/100 000 in 2021,with the APC being -7.64%(P<0.01). The standardized AYLL decreased from 5.56 years per person in 2011 to 4.83 years per person in 2021,with the APC being-7.61%(P<0.05). Conclusion From 2011 to 2021,the mortality rate and life loss of COPD in Dandong City showed a downward trend,but the disease burden was still at a high level. Male residents should be focused on to strengthen the comprehensive prevention and treatment of COPD.

    Objective To understand the pollution trends of fine particulate matter(PM2.5) and its heavy metal components in the atmosphere of a district in Nanjing from 2017 to 2022,and to evaluate their risks to population health. Methods The PM2.5 samples were collected from 10th to 16th of each month from 2017 to 2022. The mass concentration and heavy metals content of PM2.5 were determined by weighing method and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry,and the respiratory exposure risk of heavy metals components were assessed by health risk assessment model. Results The concentrations range of PM2.5 in a certain district of Nanjing from 2017 to 2022 was 10-211 μg/m3,with a median of 46.50 μg/m3. PM2.5 exceeded the 24-hour average concentration limit for 102 out of 504 days. Except for Cr,there were statistically significant differences in the concentration of pollutants in different seasons(all P<0.01). The non-carcinogenic risk index(HQ) of Mn and As was greater than 1,indicating chronic non carcinogenic risk. For carcinogenic risk,the carcinogenic risk of Cr and As were both higher than the acceptable level of 1.0×10-6. Among them,Cr had a 3.97% carcinogenic risk exceeding 1.0×10-4,while Cd,Ni,and Pb had 65.08%,12.30%,and 4.56% carcinogenic risks exceeding 1.0×10-6,respectively. Conclusion From 2017 to 2022,Mn and As in PM2.5 in a certain district of Nanjing City have non-carcinogenic risks,while Cr and As have higher carcinogenic risks. Cd,Ni,and Pb may cause malignant tumors,and pollution control and population protection should continue to be carried out.

    Objective To understand the relationships between core self-evaluations(CSE),intolerance of uncertainty(IU),career expectations(CE),and employment anxiety(EA) among college students,as well as the mediating role of IU and the moderating role of CE. Methods From January to March 2024,a convenience sampling methods was used to survey 481 college students from four 211 universities in Jiangsu Province using the college students' core self-evaluation scale,intolerance of uncertainty scale,career expectations scale,and employment anxiety scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The average score of 481 college students' CSE was (3.41±0.70)points,the average score of IU was (3.23±0.71)points,the average score of CE was (3.76±0.55)points,and the average score of EA was (3.19±0.77)points. The scores of CSE and EA of students with different registered residence were statistically significant(both P<0.05),with urban students having significantly higher CSE than rural students,and rural students exhibiting significantly higher EA than urban students.CSE was negative correlation with IU and EA(r=-0.499,-0.659,both P<0.01),IU was positively correlated with CE and EA(r=0.268,0.586,both P<0.01),and CE were positively correlated with EA(r=0.125,P<0.01).College students' IU mediated the relationship between CSE and EA,while CE moderated the relationship between IU and EA. Conclusion The CSE of 481 211 university students in Jiangsu Province can affect EA through their IU,and CE can regulate the path from IU to EA.

    Objective To understand the prevalence of depressive symptoms among college students,analyze the characteristics of life behaviors and their changing trends,explore the relationship between life behavioral characteristics and depressive symptoms,and provide clues for the early identification and targeted interventions of depressive symptoms among college students. Methods The continous cross-sectional survey design was adopted and stratified cluster sampling method was conducted to investigate 2 046 college students from a university in Tianjin from October 2020 to October 2023. Information on depression symptoms and life behavior factors among college students was collected and analyzed. Results The prevalence of depressive symptoms in 2 046 college students was 21.2%. From 2020 to 2022,there would be an upward trend(20.7%,20.7%,29.4%),followed by a decrease in 2023(12.6%). Except for sleep and alcohol consumption,the reporting of unhealthy lifestyle behaviors showed an increasing trend from 2020 to 2022 and a decreasing trend in healthy lifestyle behaviors,both of which were reversed in 2023. Intake of sugary drinks once a day or more,heavy alcohol consumption,internet addiction,and use of headphones at high volume were risk factors for the development of depressive symptoms,with OR of 1.471,2.435,3.534 and 1.638 times higher than those of the non-exposed group,respectively.Eating breakfast every day,being outdoors for at least 1 hour every day,and sleeping ≥7 hours per day were protective factors,with OR of 0.669,0.760 and 0.520 times that of the non-exposed group,respectively. Internet addiction was the primary lifestyle behavioral factor in the classification and regression tree(CART) model for the development of depressive symptoms. Internet addiction,sleeping for ≥7 hours per day,prolonged use of headphones,and eating breakfast every day interacted with each other to influence the development of depressive symptoms. In the latent class analysis(LCA) model,there were 3 potential categories based on the distributional characteristics of the behavioral factors:low-risk group,high-risk group,and intermediate group. The risk of developing depressive symptoms was highest in the high-risk group(OR=2.773,95%CI:1.925-3.995),while lowest in the low-risk group(OR=0.616,95%CI:0.469-0.810),with the intermediate group in the middle. Conclusion Depressive symptoms and unhealthy living behaviors increased and healthy living behaviors decreased among college students in 2020-2022. Healthy life behaviors were negatively associated with depressive symptoms,and unhealthy life behaviors were positively associated with depressive symptoms. Internet addiction was the primary lifestyle behavioral factor for the development of depressive symptoms,there were interactions between different behavioral factors that collectively influenced the development of depressive symptoms,and individuals with multiple exposures to unhealthy lifestyle behaviors were at the highest risk.

    Objective To understand the current situation of smoking motivation and nicotine dependence among college students in Urumqi of Xinjiang,in order to provide a reference basis for reducing the smoking prevalence among college students and building smoke-free campuses. Methods A self-administered structured questionnaire was used to investigate students' general sociodemographic characteristics,smoking behavior,attempts to quit smoking,nicotine dependence level,and their influencing factors by sampling first to fourth year college students from multiple colleges and universities in Urumqi City of Xinjiang from January to October 2023 in a stratified whole-cluster sampling method. Results The smoking rate of college students at colleges and universities in Urumqi of Xinjiang was 11.01%,and the rate of attempts to quit smoking was 48.67%,and the average nicotine dependence level among smokers was mild dependence,and the motivation for smoking was analyzed to satisfy their psychological needs. In the comparison of the scores of the dimensions of psychological traits of smokers with different nicotine dependence levels,including mental intention,hand-oral activity,hedonic,sedation,stimulation,addiction,and automaticity,the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The scores of the smoking reason questionnaire for mental imagery,hand-oral activity,hedonic,sedation,stimulation,addiction,and automatic factors were positively correlated with nicotine dependence(r=0.315, 0.387,0.370,0.341,0.310,0.441,0.362,all P<0.05). The results of multiple linear regression showed that addiction dimension score was an influential factor in the level of nicotine dependence among smokers(P<0.05). Conclusion The factors that affect the degree of nicotine dependence among smokers are addiction factors,and several activities should be carried out to enhance smokers' awareness of smoking cessation,and smoking cessation interventions for smokers should be carried out in terms of reducing stress and addiction among college students.

    Objective To explore the mediating effect of alexithymia on the intensity of Tiktok use and social withdrawal in college students. Methods From October to December 2023,935 college students were selected from two universities in Wuhu City of Anhui Province by convenient sampling method,and tested with the twenty-item Toronto alexitymiascale(TAS-20),Tiktok usage intensity scale and the social withdrawal scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The total scores of alexithymia,social withdrawal and Tiktok using intensity scale were (56.36±8.11),(49.71±10.86) and (17.89±5.79)points,respectively.The intensity of Tiktok use was positively correlated with social withdrawal and alexithymia(r=0.18,0.23,both P<0.01). The intensity of Tiktokuse had a significant direct prediction effect on social withdrawal(β=0.19,P<0.01). Alexithymia played a partial mediating role in the relationship between the intensity of Tiktok use and social withdrawal(effect size=0.114,95%CI:0.032-0.094),and the mediating effect accounted for 58.76% of the total effect. Conclusion The intensity of Tiktok use can not only directly affect social withdrawal,but also indirectly affect social withdrawal through the mediating role of alexithymia.

    Objective To explore the impact of perceived restorative environment in community parks on the meaning in life of the elderly and the mediating effect of life satisfaction between them. Methods From July to September 2022,a total of 176 elderly people who were active in community parks in Guangdong Province were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling method.The general information questionnaire,perceived restorative scale,satisfaction with life scale and meaning in life scale were used for the survey,and the data were analyzed. Results The total average score of perceived restorative environment of community parks for the elderly was (110.61±13.93)points,the total score of satisfaction with life was (23.18±4.37)points,the total score of meaning in life was (33.22±4.38)points. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of meaning in life among elderly people with different gender,marital status,educational level,pre-retirement occupation,relationship with family,and health status(all P<0.05).The total score of perceived restorative environment in elderly community parks was positively correlated with the total score of life satisfaction and meaning in life(r=0.277,0.342,both P<0.01). The total score of life satisfaction was positively correlated with the total score of meaning in life(r=0.471,P<0.01). Life satisfaction played a partial mediating role between perceived restorative environment in community parks and meaning in life of the elderly,and the mediating effect value was 0.157,the effect proportion was 31.53%. Conclusion The perceived restorative environment in community parks can not only directly affect meaning in life of the elderly,but also enhance their meaning in life by promoting life satisfaction.It is suggested that relevant management departments attach importance to the construction of community living environment,create more opportunities for the elderly to improve their cultural level,strengthen the connection between the elderly and the social environment,and improve their meaning in life experience.

    Objective To explore the influencing factors of sleep disorders among college students in China,and to provide reference basis for the prevention and intervention of sleep disorders among Chinese college students. Methods Relevant studies on the prevalence of sleep disorders among Chinese college students were searched in Wanfang Database,China Biomedical Literature Service System,China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),VIP Database,PubMed,Web of Science,Embase,Cochrane,etc. from January 2015 to March 2024. Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted information and evaluated the quality of the included literature.Rev Man 5.4 software was used for meta-analysis of the included literature. Regular physical exercise and regular work and rest schedules are protective factors for sleep disorders in college students. Colleges and universities and related departments can pay great attention to the above factors and do early prevention work to improve the sleep quality of college students.

    Objective To analyze the development trends and hotspots in the research field of the impact of occupational driving operations on human health through bibliometric methods and visualization tools,and provide reference for future research. Methods Publications on the theme of impact of occupational driving on human health from 1994 to 2023 were retrieved in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI) database. Quantitative analysis was conducted and CiteSpace 6.2.R6 software was used to draw a visual knowledge graph of authors,institutions,keywords,and other aspects. Results A total of 249 publications were included. The number of annual publications reached its peak from 2007 to 2008,with loose cooperation among core authors and institutions. Research hotspots included driver's psychological health,occupational stress and health education,etc.Totally168(67.5%) articles were cited at least once and 75(30.1%) articles received funding from funding projects. Conclusion The research field on the health effects of occupational driving operations has broad prospects in strengthening cooperation among research subjects,improving literature influence,and providing funding support in the future.

    Objective To analyze the characteristics and trends of occupational diseases in Jinshan District of Shanghai City from 2011 to 2023,provide scientific data for occupational disease prevention and control. Methods The data of the occupational disease cases in Jinshan District of Shanghai City from 2011 to 2023 were collected,to compare and analyze the overall situation of occupational diseases incidence. Results From 2011 to 2023,there were a total of 265 newly diagnosed occupational diseases in Jinshan District of Shanghai City,with a male to female ratio of 9.19∶1. The average age of onset was (41.01±11.09)years old,and the median length of service was four years.The top three occupational diseases were occupational eye diseases(169 cases,63.77%),occupational chemical poisoning(39 cases,14.72%),and occupational otolaryngological and stomatological diseases(30 cases,11.32%). The spectrum of occupational diseases had changed,with an increase in cases of noise-induced deafness and a decrease in the cases of occupational skin diseases. The pneumoconiosis and other respiratory diseases,occupational diseases caused by physical factors,occupational tumors,and occupational skin diseases occurred sporadically. The cases were mainly distributed in Jinshanwei Town,Industrial Zone,Tinglin Town,Shanyang Town,Caojing Town and Zhangyan Town. The industry distribution mainly included chemical raw material and chemical product manufacturing,metal products manufacturing,specialized equipment manufacturing,and pharmaceutical manufacturing. Conclusions In recent years,the overall trend of newly diagnosed occupational diseases has been decreasing,mainly including occupational eye diseases,occupational chemical poisoning,occupational otolaryngological and stomatological diseases. The reports of noise-induced deafness have increased,while other occupational diseases occur sporadically.It is necessary to further strengthen and improve the prevention and control of occupational diseases.

    Objective To analyze the dynamic development of health human resources in minority areas of Sichuan Province and predict the development in the next 5 years,so as to provide a scientific basis for further optimization of health human resources allocation. Methods Data on human resources for health in 67 counties in ethnic minority areas of Sichuan Province from 2016 to 2021 were extracted from the Sichuan Health Statistics Yearbook,and the number of health human resources per 1 000 population,the chain growth rate and the fixed base ratio growth rate were used to evaluate the development of health human resources,the deviation-share analysis was used to evaluate the structural development of health human resources,and the gray prediction model GM(1,1) was used to predict the development of health human resources from 2022 to 2026. Results The number of health technicians,licensed(assistant) physicians and registered nurses and other major health human resources per 1 000 population in nationally recognized ethnic areas,provincially recognized ethnic areas and provincial government-approved counties enjoying ethnic area benefits was lower than the average level in Sichuan Province. The provincial government-approved counties enjoying ethnic area benefits of health technicians,licensed(assistant) physicians and registered nurses,and other major health human resources had relatively fast chain growth rates and fixed base ratio growth rates. Taking the average level of Sichuan Province as a reference,the total deviation scores of licensed(assistant) physicians,registered nurses and technicians in 3 types of ethnic minority areas were less than 0,the overall deviation of the structure scores of health technicians,pharmacists and other personnel in nationally recognized ethnic areas and provincial government-approved counties enjoying ethnic areas were less than 0,and the overall deviation of the competitiveness scores of health technicians,pharmacists and other personnel in provincially recognized ethnic areas were less than 0. Conclusion Health human resources in ethnic minority areas of Sichuan Province continue to grow,but there is an overall shortage of health human resources. Health human resources in ethnic minority areas each have structural and competitive advantages and disadvantages relative to the average level of Sichuan Province.
