    Objective To determine the content of polyphenols in the Forsythia suspense leaves from different producing areas in Qinba Mountain Areas,evaluate the quality of Forsythia suspense leaves. Methods The HPLC was used to measure the content of forsythin,forsythiaside A and rutin,UV-Vis spectrophotometry was used to determine the content of total flavonoids. Based on the contents of above four components in 10 batches of Forsythia suspense leaves from different producing areas in Qinba Mountain Areas,TOPSIS method was used to evaluate the overall quality of Forsythia suspense leaves. Results The TOPSIS analysis results showed that the relative closeness of 10 batches of Forsythia suspense leaves from different producing areas were 0.421 6,0.328 1, 0.432 3,0.275 9,0.268 8,0.824 1,0.384 1,0.779 3,0.464 8 and 0.779 4,respectively. The top three samples in the quality evaluation were collected from Hualong Town of Fangxian County,Guihua Village of Majiadu in Zhushan County and Qingshi Villag of Huanglong Town in Zhangwan District. Conclusion The contents of three kinds of polyphenols compounds in Forsythia suspense leaves from all producing areas in Qinba Mountain Areas meet the requirements of the 2015 edition of Chinese Pharmacopoeia,which provides a theoretical basis for its rational development and utilization.
    Correlation study among work environment,job burnout with professional identity of male nurses in Anhui Province

    Objective To investigate the current situation of male nurses' work environment in Anhui Province,explore the correlation among job burnout,professional identity with work environment. Methods From March to April 2022,a total of 198 male nurses from 11 tertiary and secondary hospitals in Anhui Province were given cross-sectional online questionnaire survey,and the data were analyzed. Results The male nurses in tertiary hospitals accounted for 83.33%,87.88% were 21-<35 years old,60.61% had a bachelor's degree,and 36.87% had a junior college degree. The average score of the work environment was (73.41±4.67)points. The average score of job burnout scale was (10.74±3.32)points,and the scores of each dimension from high to low were low sense of achievement,emotional exhaustion,and depersonalization. The score of professional identity was (106.48±22.27)points,and the scores of each dimension from high to low were self-reflection ability,ability to face setbacks,interpersonal communication ability,social identity,and self-cognitive evaluation. The male nurses' work environment was positively correlated with their professional identity(r=0.790,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with job burnout(r=-0.573,P<0.01). The professional identity was negatively correlated with job burnout(r=-0.672,P<0.01). Conclusions The work environment and professional identity of male nurses in Anhui Province are in the middle and low level,and the sense of job burnout is in the severe level. The hospital administrators should adjust the performance level,optimize the ratio of doctors to nurses,give targeted management training and support,and actively publicize the professional advantages of male nurses to improve the work environment of male nurses,so as to enhance the sense of professional identity,reduce the sense of job burnout and reduce the loss of male nurses.

    Objective To take the ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid(EDTA) modified β-cyclodextrin-(CD) chitosan(CS)/Fe3O4(CDCS/Fe3O4-EDTA) as magnetic solid-phase extraction adsorbent,develop a method for the simultaneous determination of lead and cadmium in water samples by magnetic solid phase extraction-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS). Methods The conditions that affect the efficiency of solid-phase extraction,such as pH,extraction time,adsorbent dosage and eluent,were optimized. Results Under the optimal conditions,the maximum adsorption capacities of magnetic chitosan were 57.2 mg/g for lead and 43.7 mg/g for cadmium. The adsorptions reached saturation state within 12 min. There was a good linear relationship for lead and cadmium within the range of 0.2-10.0 μg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.999 9 and 0.999 9 respectively,and the detection limit was 0.02 and 0.05 μg/L respectively. Conclusion The CDCS/Fe3O4-EDTA has successfully extracted and enriched lead and cadmium in environmental water samples.

    Objective To investigate the status of pain,work stress and sleep quality of medical staff with occupational low back pain in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province,analyze the influencing factors of sleep quality. Methods Using convenience sampling method,a total of 427 medical workers with occupational low back pain in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province in December 2021 were selected as subjects. The general information questionnaire,pain distress scale,work stress scale and sleep quality index scale were used to collect data,and the data were analyzed. Results The sleep quality score of 427 medical workers with occupational low back pain was(9.68±3.67)points,of which 84.54 % had sleep quality score ≥5 points. The pain distress score was (48.86±14.85)points,and work stress score was (30.58±12.57)points. There were statistically significant differences in sleep quality score among medical workers with different marital status,education level,professional title,duration of pain,frequency of pain in recent month and regular exercise or not(P<0.05). The total scores of sleep quality and scores of each dimension in 427 medical workers with occupational low back pain were positively correlated with the total scores of pain distress and work stress and scores of each dimension(r>0,all P<0.05). The pain distress,work stress,duration of pain,frequency of pain in recent month and regular exercise were the main factors affecting sleep quality of medical staff with occupational low back pain(all P<0.05),which could explain 37.64% of the total variance. Conclusion The sleep quality of medical staff with occupational low back pain in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province is poor,the pain distress and working pressure are significantly related to sleep quality,and the medical managers should take targeted interventions to improve the occupational low back pain and sleep quality of medical staff according to influencing factors,and improve their physical and mental health.

    Objective To analyze and evaluate the chip preparation process of electronic enterprise in Xi'an City,put forward key posts and prevention and control measures through the prediction of occupational disease hazards,and implement them in the feasibility study stage of the project,so as to better protect the occupational health of workers. Methods The principle of combining checklist,analogy and engineering analysis was used to identify and analyze the occupational hazard factors generated during chip preparation,and the proposed occupational disease prevention measures were analyzed and evaluated in combination with the operation mode and expected exposure level of personnel. Results Except that the concentrations of workers exposed to sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide in the cleaning area were lower than the occupational exposure limits,the concentrations of other workers exposed to toxic substances were lower than the occupational exposure limit of 10%,the equivalent sound level intensity of 8 hours of exposure to noise was <80 dB(A),and the intensities of exposure to non ionizing radiation and ionizing radiation were far lower than the occupational exposure limits. Conclusion The chip preparation process equipment has high automation,good airtightness and normal production process,the concentration of occupational hazard factors exposed to operators is low,but the chemical factors are complex,involving highly toxic,acid and alkali substances,and there are risks of acute poisoning and chemical burns,so it is necessary to focused on the emergency rescue measures and emergency facilities in case of acute accidents,and improve the prevention and protection.

    Objective To know the blood lead level of lead-exposed workers in Changzhou City,and discuss the influencing factors of abnormal blood lead,so as to provide basis for the prevention of lead poisoning. Methods Totally 3 677 documents of 193 lead related enterprises in Changzhou occupational health examination project from January to December 2021 were collected,the influencing factors of abnormal blood lead in lead-exposed workers were analyzed by logistic regression and evaluated by the receiver operating characteristic curve(ROC) curve. Results According to the international blood lead diagnostic standard,the abnormal blood lead rate of 3 677 lead-exposed workers in this study was 2.04%. The multivariate logistic analysis regression results showed that male(OR=5.468,95%CI:3.055-9.786,P<0.01),blood pressure(OR=2.022,95%CI:1.095-3.733,P<0.05),length of service exposed to harmful factors(OR=1.475,95%CI:1.153-1.888,P<0.05) and scale of the employer(OR=4.024, 95%CI:2.782-5.821,P<0.01) were all correlated with abnormal blood lead. In terms of the type of health examination,the abnormal blood lead rates of on-the-job health examination(OR=4.662,95%CI:1.387-15.670,P<0.05) and off-job health examination(OR=8.315,95%CI:1.635-42.300,P<0.05) were higher than those of pre-job health examination. In terms of industry categories,the abnormal blood lead rates of workers in electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing(OR=2.386,95%CI:1.080-5.268,P<0.05) and metal products manufacturing(OR=14.693,95%CI:7.153-30.182,P<0.01) were higher than those in other service manufacturing industries. Conclusion In order to effectively control their blood lead levels,reduce the risk of cardiovascular and nervous system diseases,and extend the occupational life of high-risk groups,regular monitoring of blood lead should be carried out for the people at high risk of lead exposure in electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing and metal products manufacturing industries.

    Objective To investigate the status of physical work symptoms,sub-health symptoms and job involvement of operating room nurse in grade-A tertiary hospital in Mianyang City,analyze the influencing factors of job involvement of nurses in operating room. Methods A total of 342 operating room nurses from four grade-A tertiary hospitals in Mianyang City were selected by random cluster sampling from June to July 2022. The physical function symptom scale,sub-health symptom scale and work engagement scale were used for the survey,and the data were analyzed. Results The scores of physical function symptoms,sub-health symptoms and work engagement of operating room nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Mianyang City were (30.34±7.89),(124.85±12.09) and (43.82±12.02)points,respectively. There were statistically significant differences in scores of physical dysfunction among operating room nurses with different gender,education level,employment form,professional title,operating room working years,and weekly overtime hours(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of sub-health symptoms among operating room nurses with different gender,education level,employment form,professional title,working years and health status(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in job involvement scores among operating room nurses with different gender,education level,employment form,professional title,monthly average income,operating room working years and health status(all P<0.05). The scores of physical dysfunction of operating room nurses in grade-A tertiary hospitals in Mianyang City were negatively correlated with the scores of work engagement and sub-health symptoms(all P<0.05),and dub-health symptoms scores were positively correlated with work engagement scores(P<0.05). The professional title,monthly income,health status,physical dysfunction and sub-health symptoms were the main influencing factors of job involvement of nurses in operating room(all P<0.05),explaining 77.2% of the total variables. Conclusion The scores of work engagement among operating room nurse in grade-A tertiary hospital in Mianyang City is at a medium level,the physical dysfunction symptoms and sub-health symptoms are important influencing factors,and relieving physical functional symptoms and sub-health symptoms of operating room nurses can effectively improve their work engagement.

    Objective To investigate the current situation of tenacity personality,job involvement and job burnout of thoracic surgery nurses in tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province,explore the mediating role of job involvement in tenacity personality and job burnout. Methods From April to May 2022,283 thoracic surgery nurses from nine tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province were selected by convenience sampling as the research objects,and were investigated by the general information questionnaire,resilience personality scale,job involvement scale and job burnout scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The tenacity personality score of thoracic surgery nurses from nine tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province was (72.28±19.89)points,the job involvement score was (53.16±12.18)points,and the job burnout score was (65.12±6.49)points. The differences in job involvement scores of thoracic surgery nurses with different age,monthly income,professional title and self job satisfaction were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The differences in tenacity personality scores of thoracic surgery nurses with different age,monthly income,professional title and self job satisfaction were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The differences in job burnout scores of thoracic surgery nurses with different age,monthly income and professional title were statistically significant(all P<0.05). The job burnout was negatively correlated with tenacious personality and job involvement(all P<0.05). The mediating effect of job involvement on the tenacity personality and job burnout of thoracic surgery nurses accounted for 30.5% of the total effect. Conclusion The job burnout of thoracic surgery nurses from nine tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province is at a medium to upper level,and job involvement plays a part of negative mediating role between tenacity personality and job burnout,so improving nurses' tenacity personality can improve the level of job involvement to further reduce job burnout.

    Objective To explore the effects of vitamin B12 on blood lipid,liver lipid and immunoglobulin in rats with high-fat diet. Methods After 28 days of feeding high fat feed,30 sprauge-dawley(SD) male rats were divided into three groups equally and randomly by total cholesterol(TC),including high-dose vitamin B12 group(vitamin B12 dose was 0.06 mg/kg),low-dose vitamin B12 group(vitamin B12 dose was 0.04 mg/kg) and high-fat diet group,and the animals were fed by high fat diets continuously. Another 10 SD rats were given conventional diet as the control group. All rats were oral gavaged daily for 40 days. The high-fat diet group and the control group were given an equivalent amount of normal saline. The intracanthal venous blood samples of the animals were collected at the 0,20th and 40th day after intervention,to measure the levels of TC,triacylglycerol(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C) and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),and the body weight of the animals were recorded. At the end of experiment,the liver tissue was collected for measuring the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C in liver tissue homogenate. The ELISA method was used to determine the levels of immunoglobulin M(IgM),IgG and IgA. Results At 0 day of intervention,the levels of serum TC,TG and LDL-C in high-fat diet group and vitamin B12 intervention groups were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). At 20th day of intervention,the levels of serum TC,TG and LDL-C in high-fat diet group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05),while the levels of serum TC and LDL-C in low-dose and high-dose vitamin B12 groups were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). At 40th day of intervention,the levels of serum TC and LDL-C in high-fat diet group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). At 20th day of intervention,the levels of serum TC,TG and LDL-C in low-dose and high-dose vitamin B12 groups were lower than those in the high-fat diet group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). At 40th day of intervention,the level of serum TC in high-dose vitamin B12 group and the the level of LDL-C in low-dose and high-dose vitamin B12 groups were lower than those in the high-fat diet group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). At 40th day of intervention,the levels of liver TC,TG and LDL-C in the high-fat diet group were were significantly higher than those in the control group(all P<0.05),and the levels of IgM and IgG were significantly lower than those in the control group(all P<0.05). The levels of liver TC and LDL-C inl ow-dose and high-dose vitamin B12 groups and level of liver TG in high-dose vitamin B12 group were significantly lower than those in the high-fat diet group(F=20.614,28.734,51.540,all P<0.05),and the levels of IgM and IgG were significantly higher than those in the high-fat diet group(F=14.584,20.911,both P<0.05). Conclusion The vitamin B12 can effectively regulate the levels of blood lipid,liver lipid,IgM and IgG in rats with high-fat diet.

    Objective To analyze the epidemiological characteristics of varicella in Nanjing City from 2014 to 2021 and possible influence of varicella vaccine included in the Nanjing immunization plan in November 2018. Methods The descriptive epidemiological methods was used to analyze the incidence of varicella in Nanjing City from 2014 to 2021,and χ2 test was used to analyze the changes in incidence rate. The spatial autocorrelation analysis of incidence rate in different regions of Nanjing City was carried out by using ArcGIS to calculate Moran's I. Results From 2014 to 2021,totally 76 707 varicella cases and 83 varicella outbreaks were reported in Nanjing City. The average incidence rate before and after the varicella vaccine included in the immunization plan was 172.021/100 000 and 154.972/100 000 respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ2=205.157,P<0.05).The number of outbreaks and related cases has declined since 2019,from 29 outbreaks and 681 cases in 2019 to 5 outbreaks and 160 cases in 2021. The proportion of public health emergencies caused by varicella to total public health emergencies has also decreased from 48.98% in 2018 to 35.71% in 2021. The peaks of incidence occurred from May to June and from November to December. The winter peak in 2021 was the lowest since 2017,which was only the same as the peak from May to June of that year. The cases mainly occurred in preschool children and students aged 0-<11 years old. However,the incidence rate of children aged 0-<5 and 6-<10 years old decreased by 72.64% and 64.97% respectively as compared with 2018. The spatial aggregation was only observed in 2020 and 2021,and the Moran's I was 0.291 and 0.258 respectively. Conclusion The incidence rate of varicella significantly reduced after varicella vaccine included in the immunization plan,and it is necessary to increase the publicity efforts for the vaccination program of varicella vaccine and increase the coverage rate of varicella vaccine.

    Objective To understand the current situation of self-compassion of new nurses,analyze the influencing factor,and provide reference basis for managers to reduce nurse burnout and stabilize the nursing team. Methods The convenience sampling method was used to select 246 new nurses from three grade-A tertiary hospitals in Changsha City from March 2022 to May 2022. The investigation was performed by the general information questionnaire,Chinese revised version of self-pity scale,general self-efficacy scale and adversity quotient scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The total scores of self-compassion,general self-efficacy and adversity quotient in new nurses were (72.89±11.60),(26.19±3.94) and (139.53±15.42)points,respectively. The total scores of new nurses' self-efficacy and adversity quotient,as well as the scores of control,attribution,extension and endurance dimensions were positively correlated with the total score of self-compassion(r=0.844,0.878,0.744,0.731,0.740,0.677,all P<0.05). The educational background,income satisfaction,total score of self-efficacy and total score of adversity quotient were the influencing factors of self-compassion(all P<0.05). Conclusion The self-compassion of 246 new nurses from three grade-A tertiary hospitals in Changsha City is at a moderately lower level,and the nursing management personnel should carry out targeted intervention to improve the self-efficacy and adversity quotient level of new nurses,and then improve the self-compassion level of new nurses,so as to reduce job burnout,reduce turnover rate,and stabilize the nursing team.

    Objective To investigate the status of personal-job matching,job well-being and work engagement of nurses in cardiology department of tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province,explore the influencing factors of work engagement of medical staff in cardiology department. Methods Using the convenient sampling method,273 medical workers in cardiology department of eight tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province were selected as subjects from May to June 2022. The personal-work matching scale,work well-being scale and engagement scale were used for the questionnaire investigation,and the data were analyzed. Results The scores of personal-job matching,job well-being and work engagement of medical staff in cardiology department of tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province were (99.10±16.70),(70.56±14.71) and (17.00±5.94)points,respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of personal-job matching and work engagement among cardiology medical staff with different gender,marital status,educational level,job category,length of service,monthly average income and health status(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of job well-being among cardiology medical staff with different gender,marital status,education level,length of service,monthly average income and health status(all P<0.05). The personal-job matching score of medical staff in cardiology department of tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province was positively correlated with the scores of work engagement and job well-being(all P<0.05),and the score of job well-being was positively correlated with the score of work engagement(P<0.05). The job category,education level,length of service,monthly average income,personal-job matching and job well-being were the main influencing factors of work engagement(all P<0.05),and personal-job matching and job well-being could independently explain 58.4 % of the variance of engagement. Conclusion The scores of engagement of medical staff in the department of cardiology in the tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province are at the middle level,among which personal-job matching and job well-being are important influencing factors,so the hospital managers should adopt targeted intervention strategies according to the influencing factors,and enhance their engagement by improving personal-job matching and job well-being.

    Objective To investigate the status of mental salary satisfaction,job immersion on implicit absenteeism of pediatric nurses in Sichuan Province,explore the relationship between them. Methods From April to May 2022,338 pediatric nurses from grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province were selected as the subjects by the convenient sampling method. The investigation was conducted by the general information questionnaire,mental salary satisfaction scale,work immersion scale and implicit absence scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The scores of mental salary satisfaction,job immersion on implicit absenteeism of pediatric nurses from grade-A tertiary hospitals in Sichuan Province were (27.59±5.73),(101.89±13.81) and (15.83±5.30)points,respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the scores of mental salary satisfaction among pediatric nurses with different personal monthly income,professional titles,and the number of weekly night shifts(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of job immersion among pediatric nurses with different age,length of service,personal monthly income,professional titles,and the number of weekly night shifts(all P<0.05). There were statistically significant differences in the scores of implicit absenteeism among pediatric nurses with different professional titles,and the number of weekly night shifts(all P<0.05). The score of mental salary satisfaction was positively correlated with the score of job immersion,negatively correlated with the score of implicit absenteeism,and the score of job immersion was negatively correlated with the score of implicit absenteeism(all P<0.05). The job immersion played a partially negative mediating role between mental salary satisfaction and implicit absenteeism among pediatric nurses,accounting for 13.3% of the total effect. Conclusion The score of implicit absenteeism of pediatric nurses in Sichuan Province is at a medium level,the job immersion plays a partially mediating role between mental salary satisfaction and implicit absenteeism,and improving the mental salary satisfaction of pediatric nurses can improve the job immersion and further reduce the situation of implicit absenteeism.

    Objective To investigate the status quo of perceived authentic leadership,workplace spirit and professional identity of hemodialysis nurses,analyze the role path of workplace spirit and perceived authentic leadership on professional identity. Methods Using the convenient sampling method,346 hemodialysis nurses from 16 general hospitals in northeast Sichuan were selected as the survey objects from January to February 2022. The investigation was performed by the general data questionnaire,workplace spirit scale,perceived authentic leadership scale and professional identity scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The scores of perceived authentic leadership,workplace spirit and professional identity of hemodialysis nurses were (107.32±10.09),(55.75±6.83) and (95.10±13.27)points,respectively. The perceived authentic leadership and workplace spirit were positively correlated with professional identity(all P<0.05),and the perceived authentic leadership was positively correlated with workplace spirit(P<0.05). The perceived authentic leadership played a part of mediating role between the workplace spirit and professional identity of hemodialysis nurses,the mediating benefit was 0.229,accounting for 37.4% of the total benefit. Conclusion The professional identity of hemodialysis nurses in general hospitals in northeast Sichuan is above the middle level,the workplace spirit plays a part in mediating role between perceived authentic leadership and professional identity,and improving the perceived authentic leadership of hemodialysis nurses can further promote their workplace spirit and professional identity.

    Objective To understand the current situation of psychological resilience,perceived stress and social support among acupuncturists in tertiary general hospitals in Nanchang City,analyze their correlations. Methods From October 2021 to April 2022,113 acupuncture physicians from the rehabilitation department and acupuncture department of four tertiary general hospitals in Nanchang City were selected for the questionnaire investigation,and the data were analyzed. Results Totally 113 acupuncturists scored (50.89±8.39)points of psychological resilience,(44.01±5.09)points of perceived stress,and (37.11±4.42)points of social support,respectively. The psychological resilience of acupuncturists was negatively correlated with perceived stress(r=-0.925,P<0.01),and positively correlated with social support(r=0.959,P<0.01). The perceived stress and social support were the main influencing factors of psychological resilience of acupuncturists(all P<0.01). Conclusions The psychological resilience,perceived stress and social support of acupuncturists in the tertiary general hospitals of Nanchang City are at a moderate level and need to be improved. Actively establishing good social support for acupuncturists and reducing perceived pressure are conducive to improving their psychological resilience level.

    Objective To investigate the status quo of work and life quality of operating room nurses and analyze its influencing factors. Methods From August to October 2021,a total of 246 operating room nurses from four grade-A tertiary hospitals in Jiangsu Province were selected by the convenience sampling. The questionnaire investigation was performed by the general information questionnaire,work-related quality of life(WRQOL-2),perceived social support scale(PSSS) and 20-item self-reporting questionnaire(SRQ-20),and the data were analyzed. Results The WRQOL-2 score[MP25,P75)] of operating room nurses was 112.00(100.00,123.00)points. The WRQOL-2 score was positively correlated with PSSS score(r=0.601,P<0.01),and negatively correlated with SRQ-20 score(r=-0.503,P<0.01). The current professional title,monthly salary,PSSS score and SRQ-20 score were the influencing factors of their work and life quality(all P<0.05). Conclusions The quality of work and life of operating room nurses is at a medium level. The professional title,monthly salary,level of social support and mental health symptoms are the influencing factors of their work and life quality. Based on the influencing factors,the managers can mobilize the social support system of operating room nurses,give more psychological support,improve mental health symptoms,so as to improve the satisfaction of work and life and improve the quality of nursing service.

    Objective To investigate the current situation of clinical nurses' presenteeism,explore the potential categories of nurses' presenteeism,and analyze the influencing factors of presenteeism. Methods From June to August 2022,a total of 384 clinical nurses in Beijing were investigated with the general information questionnaire,the work-family conflict scale,the social support rating scale and Stanford presenteeism scale. The latent profile analysis of presenteeism was carried out to establish subgroup model by Mplus 8.3. The univariate analysis and ordinal logistic regression analysis were used to explore the influencing factors of presenteeism inclinical nurses. Results The total score of presenteeism in 384 clinical nurses in Beijing was (15.13±3.73)points,the total score of work-family conflict was (26.07±4.16)points,and the total score of social support was (41.59±3.82)points. The presenteeism of clinical nurses could be divided into three subgroups,including low presenteeism group(66.6%),medium presenteeism group(24.5%) and high presenteeism group(8.9%). The ordinal logistic regression showed that the number of night shifts was 4-9/month(OR=2.008,P<0.05),job satisfaction(OR=2.968,P<0.05),and work-family conflict(OR=2.190,P<0.01) were positive predictors of presenteeism,and the social support(OR=0.303,P<0.01) was inverse predictors of presenteeism. Conclusion The potential profiles of presenteeism of clinical nurses with different characteristics are different,and the number of night shifts,job satisfaction,work-family conflict and social support are the influencing factors of presenteeism in clinical nurses.

    Objective To understand the knowledge,attitude and behavior of hepatitis B among military population and its influencing factors,provide reference for formulating reasonable and effective hepatitis B publicity and education strategy. Methods During July 5-10,2020,the military personnel who participated in the exercise were selected by the current situation survey,and investigated by the self-designed questionnaire. The contents of the questionnaire included the demographic characteristics,basic knowledge of hepatitis B,knowledge of transmission routes of hepatitis B,knowledge of prevention and treatment of hepatitis B,questions about attitudes and behaviors of persons infected with hepatitis B,and ways of acquiring knowledge about hepatitis B,and the data were analyzed. Results Among the 1 002 male respondents,only 11.6% knew about the "main transmission route of hepatitis B",and the awareness rate of the need for antiviral therapy after hepatitis B infection was only 14.1%. 50.0% of respondents mind having meals with people infected with hepatitis B virus,58.1% mind living in the same room with people infected with hepatitis B virus or hepatitis B patients,41.5% mind shaking hands or talking closely with people infected with hepatitis B virus or hepatitis B patients. The univariate analysis showed that the educational attainment of the respondents was the influencing factor in their hepatitis B basic knowledge score(P<0.05),the age of the respondents and the educational level of their mothers were influencing their knowledge scores related to hepatitis B vaccination(all P<0.05). The positive scores of attitudes and behaviors were positively correlated with knowledge scores of hepatitis B transmission routes,hepatitis B clinical knowledge scores,and hepatitis B vaccine-related knowledge scores(all P<0.05). Conclusions The awareness rate of hepatitis B related knowledge among military personnel participating in exercises needs to be improved. There are differences in hepatitis B knowledge,attitude and behavior among military personnel of different ages,educational levels and personnel categories. It is necessary to strengthen the health education of hepatitis B related knowledge to improve the awareness rate of hepatitis B related knowledge,and advocate positive attitude and behavior to communicate with hepatitis B infected or patients.

    Objective To analyze the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of ozone(O3) in Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration,propose strategies and suggestions for O3 pollution prevention and control in Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration on the combination of the influence of temporal factors,spatial factors,meteorological factors,and atmospheric pollutants. Methods The data of inhalable particles(PM10),fine particulate matter(PM2.5),SO2,CO,O3,NO2,and meteorological conditions(temperature,air humidity) were collected from 2017 to 2021 in Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration,to analyze the temporal and spatial distribution characteristics of O3 and meteorological factors,and the influence of air pollutants on O3 concentration. Results From 2017 to 2021,the 90th percentile of daily maximum 8 h average concentration of O3(O3-8 h-P90) in Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration decreased from 133.6 μg/m3 to 119.0 μg/m3,which did not exceed the national secondary standard of Ambient air quality standard(GB 3095-2012). In 2017,the number of days of O3 exceeding the standard was the highest. The seasonal characteristics were obvious,the concentrations in spring and summer were higher,while the concentrations in autumn and winter were lower. Except for winter,there were O3 exceeding standards in other seasons. The monthly average O3 concentration showed an inverted "V" shape,the O3 concentration peaked from June to July,and the O3 concentrations were the lowest in January,November and December. Among 11 cities,the O3 concentration was high in Siping-Changchun-Jilin as center,and the concentration decreased radially towards the surrounding area. The number of days exceeding the standard in Siping City was the most,which was 102 days. Among the 11 cities,the O3 concentration was the highest in Siping City and the lowest in Mudanjiang City. The O3 concentration was negatively correlated with PM2.5,CO,NO2 and relative humidity,and extremely positively correlated with temperature,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05). Conclusion Harbin-Changchun urban agglomeration should focus on the O3 prevention and control in spring and summer seasons under high temperature and low humidity in Siping,Liaoyuan and Jilin,especially during the period of high O3 concentration from May to August.

    Objective To explore the status quo and influencing factors of vocational selection anxiety among intern nursing students. Methods A survey was conducted on 234 nursing students who practiced in a tertiary general hospital in Hunan Province from May 2021 to May 2022 by using general information questionnaire,college students' vocational selection anxiety questionnaire,five-state personality test scale and emotional intelligence scale,and the data were analyzed. Results The total score of vocational selection anxiety of the nursing students was (76.47±24.11)points,and the total score of emotional intelligence was (52.41±12.59)points. Compared with the national norm of the five-state personality in the same age group,the nursing students scored lower in Taiyang and Shaoyang,and higher in Shaoyin and Taiyin(all P<0.05). The nursing students' vocational selection anxiety was negatively correlated with Taiyang,Shaoyang,Yin-Yang balance personalities and emotional intelligence,and positively correlated with Taiyin personality(all P<0.05). The Yin-Yang balance personality,Taiyin personality and emotional intelligence were the main influencing factors of nursing students' anxiety in vocational selection(all P<0.05),which could explain 44.9% of the total variance. Conclusion The intern nursing students have a high level of anxiety in vocational selection,and the nursing educators should focus on the development of the Yin-Yang balance personality and emotional intelligence in nursing students to reduce their vocational selection anxiety.

    Objective To understand the incidence and influencing factors of injury among college students in a certain university in Hunan Province,and provide suggestions for injury prevention and intervention. Methods In March 2022,a stratified cluster sampling method was used to select college students from a certain university in Hunan Province for a questionnaire survey. A multivariate logistic regression model was used to analyze the influencing factors of injury among college students. Results A total of 854 college students aged 17-24 were surveyed,including 441 male students(51.64%) and 413 female students(48.36%). 109 college students experienced injuries in the past 12 months,with an incidence rate of 15.11%. The top three causes of injuries were collision/fall injury(42.64%),fall injury(10.08%),and knife or sharp tool injury(9.30%). Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that smoking(OR=3.656,95%CI:1.605-8.332),cold family relationships(OR=4.304,95%CI:1.306-14.190),parents working outside(OR=1.529,95%CI:1.002-2.336),and parents' education style of indulgence(OR=4.217,95%CI:1.159-15.339) were risk factors for injury among college students. Conclusion The injury incidence among university students in Hunan is higher.Healthy behaviors,good family environments and social support system might decrease the risk of injury in college students.

    Objective To evaluate the effect of mindfulness therapy on compassion fatigue of nurses. Methods The China knowledge Network,Wanfang Database,Chinese Biomedical Literature Database,PubMed,Cochrane Library,WOS and EMbase were searched by computer to retrieve the control test of the effect of mindfulness therapy on compassion fatigue of nurses. The search time limit was from database establishment to March 25,2022. Two researchers independently screened the literature,extracted data and evaluated the bias risk included in the study. RevMan 5.4 was used to perform the meta analysis. Results A total of 11 controlled clinical trial(CCT) and randomized controlled trial(RCT) were included,involving 689 nurses. The results of meta analysis showed that the improvement of empathy satisfaction score(MD=3.03,95%CI:1.06-4.99),job burnout score(MD= -2.79,95%CI:-3.44--2.15)] and secondary trauma stress score(MD=-2.66,95%CI:-3.26--2.06) in the mindfulness intervention group were better than those in the control group. The subgroup analysis showed that,in different research types,intervention times,departments and outcome scales,the empathy satisfaction score in the mindfulness intervention group increased,while the job burnout score and secondary trauma stress score decreased,and the differences were statistically significant between the mindfulness intervention group and the control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion The mindfulness intervention can obviously improve the symptoms of compassion fatigue of nurses.

    Objective To investigate and analyze the configuration of radiation diagnosis and treatment equipment,protective equipment and the number of staff in the radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions in Shaanxi Province,provide a reference for further optimizing the allocation of resources in Shaanxi Province. Methods A general survey was used to investigate the basic situation of radiological diagnosis and treatment institutions at all levels in Shaanxi Province from January 2021 to January 2022. The survey content included the allocation,protective equipment and staff structure of four types of radiation diagnosis and treatment equipment,which are radiological diagnosis,radiotherapy,Nuclear medicine,interventional radiology,as well as the investigation of the frequency of radiological diagnosis and treatment,and the data were analyzed. Results A total of 1 971 radiological diagnosis and treatment institutions were investigated,with a total of 12 948 radiological workers,of which the highest proportion of radiological workers in tertiary hospitals was 51.72%. In the four types of radiological diagnosis and treatment,the proportion of male radiological workers was greater than that of females. There were a total of 3 984 radiation diagnosis and treatment equipment in 1 971 radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions,including 3 517,82,46 and 339 sets of radiological diagnosis,radiotherapy,nuclear medicine and interventional radiology respectively. The highest proportion of radiation diagnostic equipment in secondary hospitals was the highest(34.63%),while the equipment for radiotherapy,nuclear medicine and interventional radiology were mainly distributed in tertiary hospitals,with 77(93.90%),46(100.0%) and 261(75.87%) respectively. Among 1 971 radiation diagnosis and treatment institutions,a total of 21 471 sets/pieces of radiation diagnosis and treatment protective appliances,including 15 944(74.26%) sets/pieces of radiological diagnosis protective appliances/equipment,444(2.07%) sets/pieces of radiation therapy protective appliances/equipment,512(2.38%) sets/pieces of nuclear medicine protective appliances/equipment, and 4 571(21.29%) sets/pieces of interventional radiology protective appliances/equipment. The frequency survey showed that there were 14 503 457 people undergoing conventional X-ray diagnosis among the number of X-ray diagnosis,with a relatively high proportion being in secondary hospitals,there were 8 206 699 people undergoing CT diagnosis with a relatively high proportion being in tertiary hospitals. The number of interventional treatment,radiotherapy,nuclear medicine diagnosis and treatment were all concentrated in tertiary hospitals. Conclusion The number of radiotherapy,nuclear medicine and interventional radiology equipment and the number of radiological staff in the tertiary hospitals are higher than those of the secondary hospitals and below,the number of radiological diagnostic equipment in the secondary hospitals is slightly higher than that in the tertiary hospitals,and the protective equipment of the hospitals at all levels are equipped as required.

    Objective To understand the current situation of laboratory capacity construction of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC) in Cangzhou City,comprehensively evaluate the laboratory capacity of CDC in various counties,cities and districts, analyze possible problems,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions,so as to provide reference for the laboratory construction of CDC in the post-epidemic period of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19). Methods The relevant data of CDC at the city and county levels in Cangzhou City in 2021 were collected from the Basic Information System for Disease Prevention and Control of China. According to the relevant standards of the Ministry of Health,the laboratory personnel,laboratory area,instrument and equipment configuration,and the development of inspection items were compared and analyzed. Five indexes were selected,and the weighted rank-sum ratio method(WRSR) was used to comprehensively evaluate the laboratory of 16 CDCs at city,and district/county-level. Results In 2021,the proportion of laboratory area was 40.97% and 36.79% at municipal and district/county level CDCs. In laboratory of municipal and district/county level CDCs,there were 18(47.4%) and 33(30.8%) workers aged 25-<35 years old,23(60.5%) and 52(48.6%) workers with bachelor's degree,17(44.7%) and 63(58.9%) workers with junior professional title. In laboratory of municipal CDC,the ownership rate of instruments and equipment required to complete routine work(A),necessary equipment according to basic functions and basic instruments and equipment(B),basic instruments and equipment that should be equipped according to regional characteristics and work needs(C) was respectively 97.39%,29.20% and 46.77%,and the development rate of mandatory work projects(A) and work projects that should be carried out based on regional characteristics and needs(B) was 95.58% and 91.73% respectively. In laboratories of 16 district/county level CDCs,the average ownership rate of A,B and C equipment was respectively 55.53%,20.85% and 13.36%,and the average development rate of A and B projects was 88.67% and 78.89% respectively. Among laboratories of 16 district/county level CDCs,the comprehensive evaluation showed that there were three high-grade(Huanghua City,Renqiu City,Mengcun County),11 middle-grade counties(Yunhe District,Xinhua District,Cangxian County,Xian County,Botou City,QingCounty,Nanpi County,Dongguang County,Wuqiao County, Yanshan County,Hejian City) and two low-grade counties(Haixing County,Suning County). Conclusion The infrastructure construction,human resources allocation and comprehensive testing capacity in municipal CDC in Cangzhou City has reached to comparatively optimal level,but the development of laboratory construction in district/county level CDCs imbalanced,with significant regional differences,the structure of talent teams in some district/county level CDCs needs to be adjusted,basic equipment is insufficient,and inspection and testing capabilities need to be improved.

    There is no definite and effective intervention measures for sleep disturbance and related problems of shift nurses clinically. As a safe,effective,and convenient physical intervention method,the application of light therapy in shift nurseshas received extensive attention. At present,there are many foreign studies about light therapy,but there are few domestic studies on the application of light therapy to shift nurses. The paper aims to summarize the relevant content of light therapy and its application status and effects in shift nurses,in order to provide reference for promoting efficient and safe work of shift nurses.
