Objective To understand the performance of measuring instruments used by occupational hygiene technical service organizations engaged in hand-transmitted vibration measurement in workplaces in Guangdong Province. Methods In September 2023,a cluster sampling method was used to collect and analyze information on the latest calibration/verification certificates of 93 occupational hygiene technical service organizations engaged in hand-transmitted vibration measurement in workplaces in Guangdong Province, with one instrument each. Using SV111 portable vibration calibrator as the verification standard source, the error between the measured values and the standard values of the hand-transmitted vibration measuring instruments of each organizations was verified at three acceleration levels of 15.92 Hz,1 m/s2,79.58 Hz,10 m/s2,and 159.20 Hz,10 m/s2. A score ≥11 points is considered qualified, with a maximum score of 18 points. Results The calibration or verification results of instruments from 93 institutions were all within the maximum allowable deviation range. However, out of 93 calibration or verification certificates issued by metrology institutions,85(91.4%) were based on the calibration regulations for vibration instruments,8(8.6%) were based on incorrect calibration regulations, including regulations for other instruments, non calibration regulations, expired and obsolete calibration regulations. In the instrument verification results of 93 institutions, the median(M) in the three axes(X,Y,Z) of 15.92 Hz,1 m/s2 were 0.976,0.978,and 0.971 m/s2,respectively. The M values of 79.58 Hz,10 m/s2 were 9.901,9.901,and 9.851 m/s2,respectively. The M values of 159.20 Hz,10 m/s2 were 9.931,9.933,and 9.884 m/s2,respectively. The M score for 93 institutions was 18 points, with a total of 78 instruments(83.9%) judged as qualified and 15 instruments(16.1%) judged as unqualified. There were no statistically significant differences in the qualification rate of measuring instruments between non private organizations and private organizations,as well as between single axis measuring mode instruments and three-axis measuring mode instruments(all P>0.05). Conclusion The accuracy of hand transmitted vibration measurement results in some occupational health technical service organizations in Guangdong Province is questionable, and conducting hand transmitted vibration measurement instrument verification using a stable standard vibration source can reveal issues within the organization.

Objective To analyze the detection results of major occupational hazard factors in non-coal mines in Sichuan Province, provide basis and strategy for occupational disease prevention in non-coal mines workers. Methods The occupational disease hazard monitoring data system in the workplace was utilized to collect and summarize the monitoring results of major occupational hazards in non-coal mines in Sichuan Province from 2020 to 2024,and the data were analyzed. Results In five years,a total of 1 636 test-times and 9 717 positions/processes were performed in the enterprises,of which 1 976 exceeded the standard, with the over-standard rate of 20.3%. The main occupational hazard factors that exceed the standard were dust and noise, and the over-standard rates of lead, arsenic and manganese were <10%. The over-standard rate of posts exposed to noise and dust gradually decreased with the increase of years(χ2trend=155.190,125.376,both P<0.05). The over-standard rate of posts exposed to noise decreased with the increase of enterprise size(χ2trend=64.795,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the over-standard rate of posts exposed to dust among enterprises of different sizes(χ2=2.479,P>0.05). The above-standard rate of noise and dust in non-ferrous metal mining industry was the highest, and there were statistically significant differences in the above-standard rates of noise and dust between different industries(χ2=213.389,29.395,both P<0.05). The 8 h/40 h equivalent sound level and the above-standard rate of ball milling position were the highest, and the noise exposure intensity(H=795.662,P<0.05) and above-standard rate(χ2=670.506,P<0.05) varied among different positions/processes. The non-metal mining industry has the highest noise above-standard rate in the ball milling position, and there was statistically significant difference in the above-standard rates of ball milling position between different industries(χ2=5.207,P<0.05). The overall above-standard rate of dust-exposed positions was the highest in cutting(31.0%) and crushing(22.7%),and the difference was statistically significant in the above-standard rate of dust among different positions/processes(χ2=127.809,P<0.05). The above-standard rate of dust in crushing and transportation positions was the highest in non-ferrous metal mining, while that in drilling positions of black metal mining was the highest, and the above-standard rate of dust in positions/processes of different industries was not all the same(χ2=12.200,14.885,9.374,all P<0.05). Conclusion In the past five years, the occupational hazard control of non-coal mining industry in Sichuan Province has achieved some results, but the noise and dust are still exceeding the standard. The occupational hazards of culvert or underground mining should be emphasized, and the source control and comprehensive management should be strengthened.

Objective To investigate the contamination status and virulence gene distribution of Vibrio parahaemolyticus in seafood sold in Tianjin, and to analyze virulence gene and the genetic evolutionary relationships between strains using whole-genome sequencing(WGS). Methods From September to October 2024,a total of 30 seafood samples were collected, and V. parahaemolyticus was isolated and identified by conventional bacteriological methods. Polymerase chain reaction(PCR) was employed to detect the virulence genes(tlh, tdh, and trh). Whole-genome sequencing was performed on the isolated strains to characterize the virulence gene profiles, and bioinformatics tools were used to assess their genetic evolutionary relationships. Results V. parahaemolyticus nucleic acid was detected in 36.67%(11/30) of the 30 enriched samples, with tlh gene positivity in 33.33%(10/30) and tdh and trh genes detected in 6.67%(2/30). Six strains of V. parahaemolyticus were isolated, all of which tested positive for tlh(20.00%,6/30),whereas tdh and trh genes were completely absent. WGS analysis revealed that the virulence genes were primarily associated with adhesion and effector delivery system. Comparative genomic analysis showed that the type Ⅲ secretion system 1(T3SS1) gene in the isolated strains shared 94%-100% homology with the reference strain RIMD2210633,indicating certain sequence variations. Conclusion The prevalence of V. parahaemolyticus in seafood sold in Tianjin is relatively high. WGS analysis indicates that virulence-associated genes are mainly involved in adhesion and effector delivery system, suggesting their crucial role in pathogenesis. The high homology of the T3SS1 gene suggests its evolutionary conservation among strains. This study provides molecular evidence for epidemiological surveillance and food safety risk assessment.

Objective To understand the current status and risk factors of homocysteine(HCY) and dyslipidemia among health examination population in Xi'an City, provide evidence for comprehensive prevention and control measures for healthy people. Methods A total of 3 596 people who underwent health examination in the Examination Center of the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from June 2020 to May 2024 were collected and divided into three age groups according to age:18- <45,45-<60 and ≥60 years old. The distribution of HCY and six items of blood lipid in different sex and age groups was analyzed. The logistic regression analysis was used to screen out the risk factors affecting the elevation of HCY,and Spearman correlation analysis was conducted to determine the correlation between apolipoprotein A and HCY level. Results The levels of age, triglyceride(TG), HCY, apolipoprotein B(APOB), non-high lipoprotein(NHDL),remnant cholesterol(RC) and arteriosclerosis index(AI) in male population[50(41, 59)years old, 1.45(1.01,2.11)mmol/L, 15.10(12.50,19.20)μmol/L,0.89(0.74, 1.03)g/L,3.42(2.87,4.02)mmol/L, 0.51(0.39,0.66)mmol/L and 3.00(2.32,3.68)] were higher than those in female population[47(37,58)years old, 1.04(0.72,1.51)mmol/L, 13.90(11.20,17.70)umol/L,0.81(0.68,0.98)g/L,3.29(2.73,3.94)mmol/L,0.44(0.34,0.56)mmol/L and 2.29(1.77,2.93)](all P<0.01). The levels of high density lipoprotein(HDL),apolipoprotein A(APOA) and total cholesterol(TC) in male population[1.15(1.01,1.33)mmol/L,1.25(1.15,1.36)g/L and 4.60(4.03,5.22)mmol/L] were lower than those in female population[1.44(1.25,1.66)mmol/L,1.41(1.29,1.52)g/L and 4.75(4.17,5.42)mmol/L](all P<0.01). There were statistically significant differences in LDL,TG,APOA,APOB,TC,NHDL and AI between males and females of different age groups(all P<0.01). In 18-<45,45-<60 and ≥60 years old groups, the level of HCY in males was higher than that in females, and the level of APOA was lower than that in females. There were statistically significant difference in all indexes between males and females in 18-<45 years old group. In 45-<60 years old age group, except APOB,the differences in all indexes were statistically significant between male and female groups. In ≥60 years old age group, the differences in all indexes were statistically significant between male and female groups(P<0.05). The multivariate analysis suggested that age and male were independent risk factors for elevated HCY level[OR(95%CI)=1.013(1.011-1.090),1.358(1.152-1.559)],and higher APOA was a protective factor for elevated HCY level[OR(95%CI)=0.499(0.268-0.941)]. The Spearman correlation analysis showed that the level of APOA was negatively correlated with the level of HCY(r=-0.043,P<0.05). Conclusion The blood lipid level and its ratio in healthy adults in Xi'an City are different in different ages and genders. The rate of dyslipidemia is high in the population, and the level of APOA is negatively correlated with the level of HCY. The low APOA is an independent risk factor for the increase of HCY. Therefore,it is necessary to carry out health lectures, free testing and other measures to enhance the public's awareness of proactive prevention and control, and conduct regular blood lipid testing in high-risk group.

Objective To analyze the influencing factors of microbial purification efficiency of the air supply cabinet in the centralized air conditioning ventilation system of Wuhan Metro, explore technical methods to improve the quality of pipeline air supply. Methods From 2021 to 2023,32 centralized air conditioning ventilation systems were randomly selected and divided into experimental group(condensate pool with water sealing) and control group(condensate pool without water sealing) according to 1 ∶ 1 ratio. Under normal operating conditions of the centralized air conditioning ventilation system, the microbial concentration was detected in the exhaust air of the electrostatic sterilizer at the front end, back end,and end of the pipeline of the wind turbine cabinet. Results (1)In the three years from 2019 to 2021,the purification rates of total bacterial count in the air supply of the air cabinet were 94.94%,95.56% and 90.76%,respectively. There was no statistically significant difference in the concentration levels of total bacteria in the annual air supply before and after purification(χ2before purification=3.304,χ2after purification=4.405,all P>0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in purification rate(χ2=2.673,P>0.05). The purification rates of total fungi in the air supply of the air cabinet were 94.89%,91.35%,and 88.35%,respectively. There were statistically significant differences in the concentration levels of total fungi in the annual air supply before and after purification(χ2before purification=6.538,χ2after purification=6.514,all P<0.05),and there was no statistically significant difference in purification rate(χ2=1.818,P>0.05). The concentration level of total fungi in the air supply before and after purification was the highest in 2021.(2)In control group and experimental group, the purification rates of total bacterial in the air supply of the air cabinet were 93.80% and 97.70%,respectively. There was no statistically significant difference in the concentration level of total bacteria in the air supply before purification(Z=-0.339,P>0.05), but there was a statistically significant difference in the concentration level of airborne total bacteria after purification(Z=-2.005,P<0.05),and the difference in purification rate was also statistically significant(Z=-2.828,P<0.05). The experimental group had a lower concentration of total bacteria in the air after purification. The purification rates of total fungi in the air supply of the air cabinet were 89.25% and 95.50%,respectively. There was no statistically significant difference in the concentration level of total fungi in the air supply before purification(Z=-1.753,P>0.05),but there was a statistically significant difference in the concentration level of airborne total fungi after purification(Z=-3.226,P<0.05),and the difference in purification rate was also statistically significant(Z=-2.789,P<0.05). The experimental group had a lower concentration of total fungi in the air after purification.(3) There was no statistically significant difference in the concentration level of total bacteria in the air supply of the centralized air conditioning pipe end between control group and experimental group(Z=-1.008,P>0.05),and the qualified rates of air supply outlets were 93.75% and 100.00%,respectively. There was a statistically significant difference in the concentration level of total fungi in the air supply(Z=-3.989,P<0.05),and the qualified rates of air supply outlets were 68.75% and 93.75%,respectively. The concentration level of air supply total fungi at the end of central air conditioning pipe was lower in experimental group. Conclusion The electrostatic sterilizer for centralized air conditioning in Wuhan Metro has a relatively stable purification efficiency for air microorganisms, but the concentration level of microorganisms after purification is greatly affected by the quality of the air source. The condensate pool of the centralized air conditioning and ventilation system fan cabinet can effectively block outdoor environmental pollution to the fan cabinet when in a water sealed state, and improve the quality of pipeline air supply.

In recent years, the emotional management of nursing interns has emerged as a prominent area of research in nursing education and clinical practice. The current state of emotion management among domestic nursing interns is characterized by a noticeable deficiency, with frequent occurrences of psychological distress, including anxiety and depression, arising from challenges in role adaptation, demanding workloads, and intricate doctor-patient relationships in clinical settings. These issues not only endanger the physical and mental well-being of nursing students but also have the potential to compromise the quality of nursing services, thereby exacerbating the existing brain drain. Consequently, there is an urgent need to develop an effective program to enhance the emotional management abilities and emotional state of nursing interns. This is essential to maintain their physical and mental health and promote the stable development of the nursing team. This paper reviews and analyzes the forms, contents, and effects of interventions for intern nursing students' emotion management at home and abroad. It assesses the shortcomings of existing intervention studies and puts forward future prospects. The paper's aim is to provide guidance for the development of scientific and reasonable intervention programs in the future.
